- Hik Connect not working on mobile data !! How to solve hikvision device offline problem in Hindi !!

Version 3.0
1) Right click and select Menu and then browse to Configuration - Network - General
2) Set your Preferred DNS Server so that it is the same as your IPv4 Default Gateway and set your Alternate DNS Server to 8.8.8.8 and press Apply.

3) To check if this has worked browse to Network -Platform Access. You should now see a Status of Online.

Hello. We have been using HIK cameras at our company for years. We changed internet providers and it's been over since then. The cameras on the phone work on the local WiFi, but as soon as I move away from the company, nothing happens. I read the forums and tried everything and nothing worked. Of course, you must have HIK CONNECT permission, that's the basis. But it just couldn't be done. Finally, I turned on DNS and DHCP automatically directly in the NVR. Cameras were immediately on the phone. Then I immediately turned it off and everything has been working since then. So maybe it will help someone. I already thought I'd throw it in the trash :-D

Namaskar Ymf sir, I have Boavision camera with 4g, ptz. When I am not viewing the camera remotely, the camera still used 2gb of data within 4 hours. Camera logged in istemal me na hote hue bhi 4g data 4 ghante me khatam kar deta hai.
Kya setting karni padegi?

sir mere pass hikvison 4 channel dvr hai. usme mene usb wifi adapter lgaya hai. lekin jab mei usey hik connect app se phone mein dekhta hu, to dvr apne aap restart ho jata hai. kabi kabi live footage dikha deta hai, bandd nhi hota.
Lekin jyadatar dvr restart ho jata hai.

But software par notification aa raha hai. "No recieved stream or decoding fail". Kya reason hoga. Aisa q ho raha hai.
