    hii, I was thinking about cutting my hair like this, I have pretty thick hair and I was wondering if this haircut might not fit right with my hair? Will it be nice with thick hair?🤍 Also do I just show my hair stylist a picture of this cut and say, “A blunt textured cut”?

    • @meganlorson
      @meganlorson  Před 3 lety +3

      Hi! Thanks for watching! I personally have SUPER thick hair and have had this cut many times and love it! If you have really thick hair sometimes you just want to be careful not to go above the shoulders and then you customize the cut/layers/texture based on each persons thickness. And yes I would just show your hairstylists pictures of this cut 😊

    Could those thinning shears also help add texture to a blunt cut?

    • @meganlorson
      @meganlorson  Před 3 lety

      Yes thinning shears can definantly add texture to the hair but I like to be careful with how and when I use those and who I use them on only because they can create a lot of frizz in the hair if your not careful and I don’t know that I would take the thinning shears to do the technique I showed in this video because they may take out to much

    You really need to watch Matt Beck videos. You are making a lot of mistakes by dropping the hair and not sectioning the head with precision. I really recommend Matt Beck and his online classes.

  • @belenmancini4249
    @belenmancini4249 Před 3 lety

    …. But it only looks textured when you push the hair up or style it… naturally it just looks semi straight……. I want it to look “messy “ I think it needs a LOT more layers … it’s not like I’m gonna be all day pushing it up or styling it every singe day 😕🙃
