ABOUT THE GLOW UP DIARIES: At rock bottom I picked up a camera and began documenting my physical and mental pain that seemingly existed without meaning. From age 17 to 22 years old I recorded the “Glow Up Diaries” which is a raw docu-series of my deepest, most painful moments in an effort to find a newer, brighter existence. I openly share my difficulties despite the insistence of the media that such “shameful” feelings be kept in a closet.

Makes me happy to be Hispanic. My parents would never cut me off... they still want me to move back home even at the age of 22
I think why so many ppl are watching this series is because its so real and relatable. You are actually an average person, just like the rest of us. Your weight loss journey is not perfect, you screw up (which I experienced when I was trying to lose weight) but then you always get back up. Your advice is really practical and acheiveable. Your series makes me feel motivated to change my life. Thank you and pls continue making these videos ❤

I don’t understand why parents in this country are so willing to throw their kids into the world at 17/18. I mean I know we have to grow up at some point but some people go to extreme. Maybe its weird for me because even though I live in America, I was raised with an entirely different culture. Personally, my parents do plan to throw me out there, but they want me to keep ties and remain with them more than leave them. I don’t know. Maybe it’s just me who feels like that

i’ve been rewatching the glow up diaries over and over, i can’t wait for ep. 8!! I’ve lost weight, gotten the 11 ab, changed my health, gone vegan, loved myself, done better in school and have had overall better productivity. No amount of words will explain how much you’ve helped me and so many others. Thankyou so much!! Ly xxx ❤️
