  • The use of theraband to work Legs will help with toning, strengthening and stretching. Theraband is a much better alternative to weights because it will help you perform a variety of movements and rage of motion at 360 degrees.
    Theraband Legs exercises are simple but very effective, safe and fun. Therabands Legs exercises can be performed anytime and everywhere and it’s a very cheap, space saving equipment to have at home.

    Some of these Legs exercise will be familiar to you but with the help of a theraband you will understand posture, muscle toning and stretching on a different level. If you don’t own a theraband yet you can always use and old lycra t-shirt or anything stretchy.

    This was great, really helpful! I love my therabands and these were different from my usual exercises so I really enjoyed it. Would love to see another video like this sometime soon! You're awesome, keep doing what you do!

      Hi there, it all depends on how your sprain is healing. Check with your physio/doctor first, show him the exercises and check if they are ok for you. As I don't know how bad your injury is and at what level of recovery, I don't want you to do something wrong that will make it worst rather than better! Wish you a speedy recovery! Love Alessia

    I love, love, LOVE your videos. One suggestion -- I just bought a set of therabands. I like the three workouts you've done, but find myself wanting more variety. There are other routines on CZcams, but I like your approach to exercise.Maybe something to improve flexibility? Thanks for all you do! I look forward to each Wednesday to see what new routine you'll give us.

    Thank you for the criss-cross reminder for the Theraband. I have the red band and must say, I realized how much I hadn't really lived until the day a few weeks ago when I didn't cross, the band slipped off my foot and whapped me right in the side of the head (almost as if to say, "You silly girl!"). Inconsolable with laughing for a few minutes there! I hope you're feeling back to 100% soon, Maestra

      Lazy Dancer Tips Speaking of using equipment, I've been wondering about some of your routines done supplementally on a bosu trainer for stability and muscle memory? Is this a possibility or is it best on a regular floor?

      If you have one at home you can definitely do them on the board, the alternative is to do the exercises on a pillow or rolled up towel. The more challenging you make it for yourself the more stability you get. :)

    che bello!!! l'ho comprata poco tempo fa ma non sapevo bene come usarla, te lo volevo proprio chiedere.... mi hai letto nel pensiero. In effetti cerco di farci soprattuto gli esercizi per i piedi quando guardo la tv, praticamente una volta a settimana.. il massimo che mi posso permettere ;)) insomma la prossima volta (quando puoi) fai un video su come usarla per rinforzare i piedi, please???

      Erika hai visto che maga mago' che sono!? Adesso hai anche questi da fare davanti alla tv! Certo che faro anche esercizi per i piedi, ne ho un gran repertorio, aspetta e vedrai che cose pazze che ti faccio fare con la theraband! Sto raffreddore sta andando, ormai siamo agli sgoccioli, solo che si e' incorporato tutto con l'allergia! Un bacione !
