Simply Quinoa Alyssa..possibly next time you visit your parents, if they are up for it, a short chat (with them)about what you guys ate when you were younger, did you think about this type of eating/lifestyle when you were younger, do THEY eat better because of your lifestyle & if not how they feel about it now if they eat a SAD. As I’m an older person, I’m curious how & why people change their eating/lifestyle & outcomes they’ve notice going this way. Also I’d love it if you did a bit of a “normal week in the life of” you...nothing too personal of course just an overview of how you work & play & because you are self employed how you separate the two. I LOVE those bacon chips! They’re so so good. Are you sure they’re vegan though? My best friend swears they’re not because not all Late July stuff is vegan. 🤷🏽♀️
Simply Quinoa I’m aware they are I’m also vegan but some of the ingredients are still not as healthy as you may think such as yeast to much yeast causes mucus in the body then it turn overtime produces disease such as cancer

The Vegan Jerky texture definitly isn't like real Jerky. Way to soft. Atleast way to soft compared to the real jerky i occasionally buy.
