Orchestra made them sing louder than usual for the ending but they still had an amazing performance

The "LIVE AS ONE" makes me float
imo sounds more magical with the orchestra. i'm not too keen on the other songs w the orchestra but i really loved this one. the sound mixing/engineering (or audio balance or whatever the technical term for it is called) could've been better but otherwise i really liked it.

I have been to several concerts where harmonies are so very important and my friend who does sound mixing in the studio for different groups said THE GUY RUNNING THE SOUND BOARD IS EITHER STONED OR ASLEEP! Maybe that is the problem!?! Also these five people are so far superior to most other musical artists the orchestra might have been having trouble keeping up!
This would have sounded a thousand percent better if the band was not playing with them. The orchestra is just drowning out Pentatonix in this performance, and forcing them to have to sing louder to be heard. This is affecting the quality of their performance for the worse. They are an acapella group and they sound the best like that. They don't need the orchestra.

Brian Bowers I've people say that if you happened to be at one of the performances it sounded different then the videos people recorded of the 3 concerts, in other words the audio might be distorted.
I know that I've watched different recordings of the same performance, just recorded from somewhere else in the audience and it sounded different.

The orchestra drains out this performance or any performance. Not needed. They're called an Acapella group for a reason....

Frankly, the music ruined the song. These guys don't need it. That is what I like about them. Who thought it would be a good thing to add the music.
I don't know what this channel is, but I'm going to block it. These Pentatonix Hollywood Bowl videos are nothing but noise. The orchestra diminishes the singers. No respect for them or their genre. I love instruments and musicians, but sometimes their arrogance can destroy music instead of enhance it.
There's no reason to be mad at the channel😂 it is not their fault,they just posted it..
