What is VPN and how it works
VPN, or Virtual Private Network, allows you to create a secure connection to another network over the Internet. VPN can be used to access restricted or blocked websites, browse Internet anonymously and securely, you can also hide your original IP address and location with free VPN

Steps to use free VPN service to change your public IP address on Android device, or hide your original IP and hide location:
You can hide IP or change public IP address without installing any app, use built in VPN on Android device
Check your public IP address:
whatismyipaddress.com
On your android device, go to Apps, Settings, go to Connections, find More connection settings
Tap VPN, set up and manage Virtual Private Networks
(On your android device VPN location may be different
After Apps, Settings, you may need to go to Wireless & networks
Anyway, you need to find VPN option by playing with Android settings)
Click on ADD VPN
Enter any name for your new VPN connection
VPN type: PPTP (Point-to-Point, Tunneling Protocol) leave it by default
Server address: Enter VPN server name or VPN IP address, which you can find on this website:
www.vpnbook.com
Click on PPTP button
From this VPN servers list, you can choose any country you want.
copy VPN server address, go back to your VPN connection window and paste VPN server address to the Server address field
Make sure, that PPP encryption option is checked
Enter user name and password, you can find them on the VPN servers website
Done, click save to create new VPN connection
Tap on VPN connection and tap connect to connect to VPN
You should see key icon on the top left corner, this means that your Android device is successfully connected to the VPN
Once you set up Android built in VPN you can change IP address at any time, you just need to connect to your VPN
If you want to disconnect from VPN, just go back to connection settings, VPN and tap on your VPN connection, then tap disconnect, to disconnect from VPN server
To remove VPN, go to VPN connection settings and tap delete, to remove your VPN connection

@mmk i choose any of the server abd put it in my mobile phone but it said "unsuccessful". i even choose other sever again and try it many times but still it didn't work.

What you mean VPN from hackers? if you mean someones own untrusted VPN, yes they easily can collect your internet traffic data and more

@@bilkishkhatoon3486 Try this steps should be ok and after try to reconnect the VPN.
1. Open Settings.
Choose Apps, then Application manager, All apps, or Manage apps.
Find your VPN solution and open it from the list of all apps.
Choose Storage.
Tap Clear Cache and then Clear Data. VPN not connecting android
Reboot your device.
2. Open Settings.
Search Reset in the search bar and open Reset Network Settings.
Tap on Reset and confirm the selection.

Delete existing VPN, restart your phone, then try to follow the tutorial step by step make sure you enter correct user and password, it sometimes changing, must be OK, I just checked
