Do you wash the canes before crushing? If not how do you purify the juice?

Hello Friend. It will depend on the end product produced. If making syrup for example, the cane juice is boiled and impurities are removed during that process. For commercial sugarcane bottling, the cane will be peeled, then the juice will be filtered. Sorry for the late reply.
