These are amazing recipes! However I'm slightly concerned about one thing: Yogurt and Fruit.Ayurveda actually says that it's unhealthy to consume Yogurt or curd with fruits...I don't know how it's explained by Modern Science, :)
Also I find your videos so amazing thanks for presenting it to the world and making it a better place!!!

I have to say these overnight oats changed my life. For many years I used to eat oats for breakfast and then I started hating them đ many years later I saw this video and now I carefully prepare my overnight oats, making this a ritual of relaxation and self-love. They are so tasty I don't even need any desserts during day long. Thank you very much for all your work and love. P.S. I also love books of Elkhart Tolle

Had oats every morning for breakfast and it honestly improves your day so much- warm porridge with banana, granola and syrup really picks you up in the morning! Definitely gives SO much energy
As a breastfeeding mama of a 3 and a half week old and mama to two others am I so happy to be reminded of overnight oats as I had completely forgotten about them as a breakfast option
I appreciate how you explain why you do each step, its all so good thank you :D
OMG! OMG! Sadia, I have to tell you I owe PUL for my breakfast routine. I confess I was someone who skipped breakfast but I look forward to it now. It's not only easy to make but it's an amazig start to the day. Thank you for such amazing ideas. â€
Tried the second one. It's amazing.
You have an exotic list of ingredients I must say. I really have a hard time shopping for them đ
I have been consuming "Overnite Oats" for at least 3 years. I started off using Mason jars as you do. Then I asked myself "Why?" Unless you eat it on the go. Why bother? Just get yourself a nice buddha bowl and do it. It all tastes the same in the morning Folks. CMJ Canada
I use airtight glass clip jars that cost me ÂŁ1 each from my local supermarket. I usually eat it on the train on my way to work
Word!
Do you eat them cold? Iâve been making very boring over night oats to eat when I get to work, but I still warm it up.
@@jbobkat4742 I have them cold. I have oats and yoghurt, then add honey and various nuts and fruit (whatever I have on hand). Wouldn't be nice warmed up. I suppose you could soak oats in water (or milk) overnight in a jar along with whatever toppings you fancy (a good spoonful of jam would be nice) and microwave it for a quick porridge.
Semantic Samuel thatâs basically what Iâve been doing is porridge, with almond milk and honey. After soaking overnight they didnât look âdoneâ to me so I assumed they still need to be âcookedâ usually about 1 minute in the microwave. This was very helpful and Iâm excited to try these suggestions. Thank you.
These look awesome! Perfect for school, busy work days, and winter! My husband and baby love oatmeal so I canât wait to try these! Thank you

These look amazing! But I am more in love with all of the plants in your kitchen! I need a video on this please â€ïž
Breakfast is the best meal of the day! Especially when it tastes like dessert đ There's so much value added in this video. Not only do you explain all of the great benefits of overnight oats, but the recipes themselves are very simple to follow & we really appreciate that! Honestly, that's one reason we started our channel, was to show people that it can be easy to switch to a vegan lifestyle! It seems like it can seem overwhelming, especially at first, but when you find recipes that call for only a few ingredients, its suddenly not so bad. Much love to you for showing us how to create these amazing oats... we can't wait to try! đ
Thanks so much for the kind words and encouragement - it means a lot! :D
