Muslims talking about intolerance to their community are not talking about their intolerance to the Dutch Jewish community and Gay people etc.
In Amsterdam there is a Police fortification in front of every Jewish institution. Gay people can’t walk hand in hand anymore...

Gay rights are not the matter of concern there. Peoples must know that not all countries are infected yet and there are cultures to preserve rather than entertaining such activities. About this Netherland news, the native peoples know what they support and whom they support.

When a political party cleary has it out for a group of people within our nation like how Wilders talks about people with Islamic beliefs. It is not about ''protecting'' your culture anymore. it is a conscious effort to want to exclude certain people because of their beliefs. That in itself is a discriminatory policy and what normal people call '''far right''.

“Far Right” is the label the media applies to anyone who cares for a natural sense of national identity. The Muslim cleric sits comfortably on his sofa, stating he doesn’t feel welcome in the Netherlands. Meanwhile, Iranian nationals are punished for wanting the most basic of human rights. Young women, girls, yes children, beaten, tortured, raped, disappeared, murdered & imprisoned because they want the basic human right to not cover their hair. If a Dutch female university student walked the streets of Tehran dressed in hot pants & a T-shirt with no bra on, we know what would happen to her. To have the privilege to sit on your comfortable sofa, without a worry in the world, with no need to worry about your appearance leading to the kind of punishment meted out to people living under the Iranian dictatorship is a very privileged position to be in, for sure.

I don’t mind muslims living in The Netherlands and practicing their religion. What I’m against is that islamic countries have a strong hold on mosques and the imams, they’re a kind of religious embassies and intelligence centers or sometimes even terror inciting cells for foreign countries. The imams are all from the country of origin and not Dutch or educated in The Netherlands., most don’t even speak Dutch, some don’t even have a residence permit. This keeps the islamic people very conservative and any kind of modernism is absent. This has to change, no new imams from islamic countries anymore, but educated in a new islamic religious course in Dutch and in a dutch university. No imams payed by foreign countries anymore, but by the islamic mosque goers themselves. No services in their original languages, only in Dutch. No influence from their former countries, like Turkey and Morocco f.i. and no educational and study books in their former language, only in Dutch. It is more difficult for a Dutch person to get his/her foreign partner to The Netherlands than it is for a Moroccan or Turkish person with a Dutch residence permit to get their bride/groom from Turkey or Morocco to The Netherlands. There is no need to integrate, they created a parallel world inside The Netherlands, financed by Turkey and Morocco.

Islamists , who form the majority of the immigrants today, don't. They immigrate with the only intent to spreading Islam in other countries. It's called land jihad. If given a choice between a secular govt & a Islamic govt - they will vote for sharia. Then run from the country (because sharia is not conducive to growth or prosperity) to another European country & demand sharia there.
      Don't compare Asians to Islamists.
In Asia, from Indonesia to India to Philippines and every where in between , traditional Asia societies give massive respect & importance to women. Islam cloaks them in black tent.
In Asian societies (not influenced by Islam) , women run businesses , handle the household money, celebrate , dance & dress beautiful.

Charity begins at home. Your country and your people are your upmost importance. Stop funding the war in Ukraine (the EU will provide €50bn this year to fund the war in Ukraine, instead of pushing for a ceasefire. This means that all 27 EU members will have to find billions from their annual budget to fund the war.) and stop accepting fugitives, because they are not refugees and they are here solely for our generous state benefits at all levels. When will our politicians understand that?

As a. Dutch citizen born and raised there now living in Canada, I understand the pain of my fellow country people. I see this phenomena happening in Canada. The entire Western world is in decline with all the unemployment and inflation hitting all kinds of people on the socio-economic ladder. It's not fair to keep helping people who come from the outside while people in our own country are struggling, but to divide the country even more during this time is an even bigger mistake. It would make sense if Geert Wilders had good policies in place, but all I see are false promises that will cost the government even more money.

    • @reddragonready
      @reddragonready Před 3 měsíci +3

Read their programm for the recent elections! I did.
Where most parties only had some perfunctiory stuff..clearly only because of the succes of the Party for the animals..they have an extended, clearly actually thought about view on animal related issues.Examples are actual jail time for animal abusers, life long ban for such people to have animals, goverment funded animal ambulance ( at present those are running on gifts which mean for instance in the 4th largest city there is only 1 ambulance which doesn't run in evening and nighttime) .
Your questions suggest my opinion is not well thought through or researched.
I checked all programs ( on all points I find important of all political parties running during the last election) and theirs is the closest to Party for the Animals when it comes to that subject, Which actually really surprised me..
The woke agenda should be bloody obvious what that means..it means throwing women and gays under the bus in favor of a few confused men, pretending biology doesn't factually exist, pretending away factual reality on behavior of immigrants, normalisation of antisemitism under the guise of "anti zionism", the shutting down of any opinion other than the extreme left one to the point of demonising any dissenting opinion.
And I say all this as someone who on The Political Compass scores as an anarcho socialist on par with Noam Chomsky. THAT is how bad and polarised political system in the West has become!@@mmarques2736

As a Dutch citizen I very much agree with the fact that a lot of people have been left behind through 30 years of neoliberal policy. However I do think Geert Wilders does not offer the solutions hoped for. Many of his viewpoints are very short-sighted, unaffordable or just plain impossible to implement. If all of his viewpoints were to be made into policy it would really hurt the economy in the long term, making life even harder for many people who are already vulnerable. It is quite similar to many promises made by Brexiteers, and look where that got the general population of the UK...
