@@gjoni6556 as per my knowledge this product is not having calibration feature but still please consult with supplier or check the manual of product. Or check the product mode/function button, if this model is having calibration it will show there.

calibration optionis not available in all guns please read manual of the Gun and check whether it can be calibrated or not.

check its manual whether it has adjustment feature or not. if there is any doubt please follow the steps shown in vedio you will come to know whether your device giving correct reading or not.
Now i bought thermometer Berrcom JXB-178,i tried to calibrate like in your videos,but when i scan in a cold water the temp show Lo,not 32 F,
@@jelemenaskeleng9924 thermal gun minimum range is 32 deg if temp is below 32 it will show lo temperature.
Let the ice water solutions to stay for 3-4 minutes and then test, and keep gun about 3-5 cm away from ice water.

its display may be faulty or there may be pcb to lcd display issue contact your seller for support.
Sir please tell me range of the temperature of green,orange and red
generally Green is less than 99.5 deg F, orange is between 99.5 to 100.4 and Red or fever 100.4 and above.

ho sakta hai led connection proper na ho. aap apne supplier se baat karen woh sahi karwa k denge. otherwise if you want to try you check it your self also and reconnect it.
My Thermal gun is showing false high ( HI reading ) all the time. Can you please help me out on this ? Make : RAY LABEL, RAY-IR20, Manual is not available with me.
device may be faulty, check setting if it can be adjusted/calibrated. as per my knowledge its local chinese make it cant be calibrated. you have to purchase new one.
