We’ll be comparing flat-twist out and cornrow out on natural afro kinky hair.

Results :
I found that flat-twist out gives you more definition and beautiful wavy hair.
Cornrows-out are more challenging to do and takes more time than flat-twist out. It also gives more frizz. Cornrow-out gives you more volume and more elongation.

I prefer the flat twist out. But I'd rather try the flat cornrow out because my hair is short and I'd like to have some volume and elongation.

I liked the cornrow side (both were beautiful) but can't really do either so appreciate the commentary on how hard it was to do. I'm closer to being able to do flat twists but don't personally like waves on my hair. Love your videos and I appreciate the comparisons so much.

like the definition of the flat twist...the braid-out "might" have more definition and less frizziness if its done with an oil, on dry hair ?

For my hair, I prefer to cornrow for definition. The twist out looks nice when I first do it but the definition does not last for me.
