I have a Haoqi Leopard and they have been awesome all around. ustomer service sent me touch up paint, a new controller box as they upgraded it and just wow!

Hoping you don’t delete this news for everyone‼️First of all I own this bike. I paid cash for this bike. I’ll tell you like it is. haoqi parts are always revolving if no longer available they throw whatever is available on bike that’s not on bikes description leaving you to wonder what the! The chain on my is a Kmc 128 link with no master link, that no longer made! KMC will make a new 138 link chain sometime in September! Til then I’m S.O.L.. The YI81F LCD broke because they over tightened the mount! They will replace it “at my expense with another type GD06” hmm! The suspension seat tube must be replaced for most riders because it won’t lower low enough! The Simaers brakes are truly generic you won’t find a set of this brand online for replacement. You can’t replace the brake levers at all if one breaks. Simply look up these parts up for replacement a 128 link chain, a YL81F LCD, simaers brakes and levers your will find this out yourself. Yes this bike “could be great but not‼️” I have pictures on Haoqi club online.
Hey! Nope, won't delete! Our experiences were very different as I have not had any negatives with my leopard pro. I appreciate your commenting and watching, hope all issues get resolved quickly for ya!

Green Leopard Pro the box was undamaged very nice but misleading for days later the lcd shifter on YL81F started moving rotating it had been over tightened at the factory and was cracked and now revealing itself. I contacted haoqi and sent picture of cracked shifter. They emailed back to say they would sell me a gd06 at my cost. Bike came with YL81f. I keep duct taping shifter to use it now it makes a great conversation situation at the bike clubs. The KMC chain is out of date “no longer available” to buy replacement 128 link one for emergency repair. KMC told me September I can buy new one from KMC new design 138 link and remove some links. I ask for simaers brake levers “none available” in case I need to replace one. I play up in the mountains and would like keeping extra parts. Y’all have my email address many times over but quit answering my emails.Thks
I have a fat tire regular bike, didn't know they have e bikes 🤔 im bigger so always needed a bigger tire . Looks sweet
Oh yes! Love the fat tires and it's effortless with the electric motor! Rides so smooth anywhere I take it!

Any after-sales problems, I will do my best to solve them for you. Products used for cycling must have some after-sales problems
