Not often we get to enjoy a Reactor who has such knowledge & the ability to explain in detail the technical aspects of the performance in a way easily understood by us the viewers. Great job & I’ve just subscribed to your Chanel.
Andrew has given a number of reaction suggestions, but I’ll add with her performance of Ave Maria by Gomez at the Canisius Church at age 11. This is unbelievable.

At this time, she has been a winning distance runner for a few years, giving her fine lungs for singing.
Amira's singing voice has the magical power to purify the listener's heart and make them cry.
I think it's because Amira's heart is beautiful and pure.
I've never seen or heard such a pure singing voice

Amira is a free gift from God for all humanity and she humbly gives Him all the honor and glory as should be. Pray for Amira and family as the evil one doesn't want her helping people find God. @@jacks_reaction Yes, Amira's audition for Holland's got Talent (for English speakers) is well worth a reaction.. for you it's her voice before she had any voice coaching at all during the competition, just what she taught herself from CZcams. But she's also a very calm speaker for her age. Most kids her age get very emotional, understandably, on such a big occasion and tend to both speak and sing dramatically onstage at the auditions. Amira had the inmate calmness and control in her right from that first big stage appearance.
@@-R.Gray- i listened to Angelina singing Lauren Daigle's "You Say" and must say compared to Lauren's. it was terrible. Her voice sounds like it's full of marbles and you cannot even understand the words which are vital. Angelina is no where near Amira, imho.

The best opera singer ever by 9 years old in the world ever. And she even got better with age she won Holland got talent at 9 years old super super star wild bill 🙂
Not much later she did the song O Sole Mio with an Italian singer. The next step in my opinion would be Amazing Grace where she was 13, her voice was then already more grown.

I hope you do more of Amiras' performances. I really appreciate the time and effort you put in to explain the how and the why this prodigy produces such a beautiful sound and emotional performance. New subscriber.
Amiras' fans will naturally ask for their favorite performance and have you bouncing around different ages. It might be better to proceed from young age 10-11-12 -13 etc with your discernment to explain her progression in her craft which I think you will find quite astounding and. Intriguing.
At the time of this performance Amira was fluent in Dutch, Afrikaans (her mother's native language) and English. Every other language she sings in, 7 others, she learns through studying the lyrics and listening to recordings of many of the opera greats, both male and of course sopranos.
At 9 years old in an interview A Mira stated that she wanted to make the most beautiful sound and that the perfection of the lyrics would come later. I always thought that was a very lucky intelligent approach for a child with no formal training to take when learning what she loved. Italian and French really favors her voice and technical abilities not just because many operas were produced in those languages for her to learn from but also because so many words end in vowels, the manipulations of which are so critical to her performances.

Cuando alguien escucha a Amira por primera vez , algunos fans le piden que reaccione a los primeros videos , ( Amira como una piccola bambina tiene desde 2013 a 2016 performances épicas ) y otros piden temas mas recientes para que uno vea su evolución . Como tú te has preguntado si en el futuro le podría afectar el cambio de voz , te pido que revises un video reciente , Gesu bambino , de este 2023 , donde Amira canta en una Iglesia , sin microfono , y solo acompañada por su padre en el órgano . Amira taught herself opera by listening to opera on you tube and won hollands got talent at the age of 9 before she got Profesional lessons.

She just turned ten here. Won HOLLANDS GOT TALENT at nine. No lessons before she started; she learned from TV. Mouth from Maria Callas, lungs from being a winning distance runner for two years. Now she just graduated High School as Valedictorian and is on a world tour for a year. The epidemic kept her out of the Olympics.

A winning distance runner for a couple of years, two years of learning from Maria Callas et al on TV. At this point a bit of instruction.
She is so smart that she left high school years later as valedictorian.
Amira has sung in Italian quite a lot, because of all the opera music which she adores. But she is Dutch and doesn't speak Italian fluently. She learns enough to sing the song, and to develop the emphasis in the right places. Her most recent song in Italian is Gesu Bambino, which is quite stunning, she only recorded it a few months ago. She has also sung O sole mio, Nella Fantasia, Ave Maria, Nessun Dorma Funicula FuniculI. La Virgine degli angeli. La Califffa . And a lot of other stuff in other languages.
One reactor mention on this video that she seemed to have forgotten the words in the first verse, and made them up. I don't know if you noticed that, it takes confidence to sing through your mistakes and not be rattled by them. She did an excellent job here.
Jack: Thank you for promoting Amira. In the nine years since this performance she has provided a wealth of material, singing in around nine languages, in which she is fluent in Dutch, English and Afrikaans. She now lives in South Africa. If you look at the Flower Duet, I'd suggest the best is with Corlea Botha. She also sings various hymns, including the Lord's Prayer and How Great Thou Art. For fun, see Little Drummer Boy, backed by her friends in the Mzansi Youth Choir.

Con la stessa canzone aveva partecipato all'audizione di Holland got talent e se mi ricordo bene aveva detto che era un autodidatta, quando aveva partecipato a quel programma aveva 9 anni.

@@jacks_reaction , non so se potresti esserne interessato per le tue reaction, ma qualche anno fa ad america's got talent c'era stata una ragazzina di 13 anni, Laura bretan, che aveva preso il Golden buzzer e nell'audizione aveva cantato nessun dorma.
Era stata incredibile però è anche vero che io non ci capisco nulla di voce, tecnica e di tutto quello che ne consegue

Non ci crederai, ma Amira era completamente inesperta in quel momento, non ha mai imparato a cantare (mi ha detto al concorso che ha imparato le opere da YouToub ,, -perché era principalmente interessata a questo) ha iniziato a lavorare con lui come professionista solo dopo aver vinto il concorso, oggi è una cantante meravigliosa. Amira ganó Hollands GOT Talent y creó una fundación para construir parques con juegos infantiles en zonas muy pobres de Sudáfrica, de donde proviene su madre y donde ahora vive, donando la mitad de sus ganancias en la misma.

She has also sung a beautiful song in Swedish, a language she doesn't understand. As a Swede I can testify that she sings it in perfect Swedish, without any foreign accent. It's called "Gabriella's song" and she was only 14 years old, when she sung it, accompanied by a big orchestra, in front of a huge audience. I think it was in New York. In an interview she explains the meaning of the song, so she understood it very well.. It's not opera, but what they call cross-over, which means that she sings with an opera voice. You shouldreact to that.
Oh I'm also Swedish and I tried to find it but I couldn't, I would love to see it, do you have a link? I had no idea she sung in Swedish (also not sure why I'm writing this in English, när jag kan skriva på Svenska likaväl). :)

Amira fue autodidacta, imitaba los videos de Callas y Pavarotti, así como las posiciones de su boca y experimentaba hasta q obtenía el sonido que quería, así fue hasta su audición en Hollands GOT Talent. Después tuvo algo de coaching durante el show y meses después una máster clases CON Andre Rieu para este evento. Es muy inteligente. Puedes reaccionar a sus apariciones en HGT y ver cuanto avanzo en tan poco tiempo hasta este video.

Concordo totalmente con la tua analisi relativa alla vocalità. Premetto che "O mio babbino caro" dal "Gianni Schicchi" di Puccini, è una delle arie femminili che prediligo. Dal mio punto di vista far cantare a una bimba di dieci anni, seppur ultra dotata un brano in cui si dice "Andrei sul Ponte Vecchio, ma per buttarmi in Arno" mi pare eccessivo ... vebbeh che sono olandesi e con l'acqua hanno familiarità, però....

Parlavi della durata di un brano : "io,se fossi Dio" , di Giorgio Gaber . 14 minuti di canzone.Ogni tanto la riascolto perché più che una canzone è...uno sfogo,una denuncia : spara a zero su ogni cosa..ed è anche estremamente "attuale" nonostante sia un brano datato e quasi sconosciuto.Vale la pena ascoltare!😉🙋🏻♀️

My SA friend writes me the following. Use google translate, we all are Europeans after all. Although I know more of Italian than you of Dutch, I assume.
"Die Amira. Haar moeder komt uit Potchefstroom, zong ooit in het universiteitskoor waar later mijn kinderen ook in zongen. Toen de moeder van Amira met haar twee kinderen weer naar ZA ging in 2018, gingen ze weer in Potchefstroom wonen. Ze gingen onder meer naar ZA omdat het voor kinderen daar makkelijker is om veel op te treden, ze zijn niet zo aan regels gebonden als hier in Nederland. Hier valt veel optreden onder kinderarbeid!
De ouders van Amira gingen uit elkaar, bleven wel op goede voet. Amira is zeker een zeer getalenteerd meisje dat heel graag zingt. Maar ik weet ook (van een vriendin van haar moeder die in Potchefstroom woont) dat haar moeder haar erg pusht en door Amira haar eigen droom van zangeres worden uitleeft. Ze was zelf niet zo getalenteerd als haar dochter en rijdt nu mee op de golf van roem van haar kind.
Amira deed verleden jaar eindexamen van de middelbare school en slaagde met hoge cijfers. Ze is niet alleen een goede zangeres maar ook een slim meisje. Op het ogenblik doet ze daar niets mee. Ze is in Europa en treedt op."
