Great review as always. I struggled with the application even into towel dried hair, a couple of drops of tonic helped with that though. I’m not a fan of reforms for the sake of it, but if SR could do something about the application it would be a daily driver of mine for sure.

“Struggled” might have been the wrong word. I have thick hair so the tug and pull was a challenge for me. It’s only with that second lick you get it. I’ve been wanting to do a review myself, but the lockdown locks are just way too long now.

Not during Covid-19 times. Typically 4/5 days before, but now, maybe 3/4 at most.

Good really depends on what you want. They're both good in their own regards.

How strong is the hold vs Arcadian matte paste
The Arcadian Matte Paste provides a much drier hold. Stronger in that sense.
Can anyone help me decide between this and Gray Ghost?
Jake as someone who has both and used both for awhile. Gray Ghost is creamier and has a natural shine. It’s more of a paste that gives pretty good hold but not too much texture. American Gardens is drier, matte, and gives a ton of texture. I think AG has better hold but Gray Ghost washes out easier. TLDR: GG = Easier washout and natural finish, not super dry. AG = Drier, Matte finish, lots of texture, better hold

Can you recommend a product that i can use? I like to apply product after a shower and just leave it in over night. I think a cream with medium hold or a pomade be nice. It would be nice if it have hair conditioning property as well. It can be matte or a light shine. Please let me know
ODouds Styling Treatment would be closest to a medium hold with all you want.

This would be a dryer version of the Northern Lights. Unfortunately I personally haven't tried the Flagship matte paste yet, so can't help you there.
Man, I hope they don't reformulate just for an easier scoop, like what Nostalgic Grooming did.
Nostagic sacrificed hold for easy scoop which sucked ass, don’t be a wimp and ignore the tug and pull with this product it’s great.
@@fernandorodriguez876 Exactly. The tug and pull should be expected for a strong holding product and people who complain about it really shouldn't be using strong stuff.

I literally can't use this product, just like the hermit. Wb clays are horrible. I add a scoop of ag to a scoop of cl and the combo is kind of nice, obviously I'd prefer going on an ob clay in the first place.
Eliran Erel that’s interesting. I haven’t tried hermit but probably won’t now lol. Sometimes cocktail is the way to go. At one stage of hair length i swore by wax and tonic but it’s shorter now. So the reuzel grooming tonic even by itself seems to do the trick for me..either that or o’douds matte paste for a dry hold, and it’s tits bruh. Ob clays make my hair feel slimy. How did you like the clays by baxter, rudy’s, and kingpin? If you’ve tried them ? Those are the ob clays I’ve tried so far..
What's horrible about WB clays and what's good about OB clays?
@@ThePomp i take everything back, cut my hair shorter and the wb clays became my go to. Can't move without them, even add them during the day after using ob clays and uwb pomades in the morning cuz the hold drops.
