Asalaam alaikum ustadh brother. I remember all of the sleeping Sunnah and learnt them in prison. I missed the sleep dua that you mentioned tho. What's more important is the vast majority are not taught this by parents even tho the best deeds are ones that are little but frequent. But I'm sure I read hadith about the wiping of the three Qul surahs, using hands, over the body. But you don't wipe feet, Pvt areas. It would be good to confirm this even though these areas would seem obvious but you mentioned everywhere you can reach on your body. Most concerning thing is that I don't do most them actions before bed now. Shame
