Hey everyone! This is my first ever NON-ANIME video on my channel and I honestly had a lot of fun writing this one. Arcane is a cinematic piece of storytelling and anyone who's a fan of great stories will definitely enjoy it. Please do tell me if you enjoyed the video and want me to cover more non-anime stuff in the future! This Arcane video will probably do less than average on my channel due to the CZcams algorithm so any engagements (likes/comments etc) are very much appreciated!
Hope you all enjoy and I'll see you next time!
    - Kevin

Arcane is less anime then Avatar (the last airbender). Both of them are great shows and I dont't mind non-anime videos on your channel, as long as they are about good (animated) series or movies.
I would be more sceptical about videos not connected to animation/drawings.
Also CZcams has a habit of pushing Arcane reladed content (looking at the therapist reacts series and schnee's analysis videos). I hope that you're not too late for that!

ya know i think too many people get caught up on the idea that 'JYNX' and 'POWDER' are two different people alltogether like someone named jynx hijacked poweders body like a evil spirit or something.... i think the scene with ekko shows what im about to say in that she is still the same girl but the only difference now is who she wanted to impress and to have love her. she can be 'saved' or 'redeemed' easy and i think already has as we'll likely see in season 2 as silco and likely her interaction with ekko who seemed downright willing to stop fighting her there and try to reconnect has finally taught her no matter how different she is there will always be people who see her for who she is and love her for who she is even if she feels it seems right now that her sister couldnt love who she is now, knowing her sister isnt even the same person she was either and seemingly accepting she doesnt care about reconnecting with her sister anymore. i get the feeling there is the chance she may go to sevika in season 2 but i think almost certainly that we will see her try and find ekko as hes the last person in the world who was seemingly ready to accept her and maybe even love her again.

Mr. Kevin Nyaa, Just watched your video about Arcane which I haven’t watched the shows nor played the League of Legends games and only got into Arcane due to another content creator on CZcams, Georgia Dow and her braking down the psychologically of each character of Arcane. Then, I find myself watching other CZcams content creators and their take on Arcane and find each fascinating and educational to where I not only want to watch Arcane, but also want to play the game League of Legends! Your video I just watched just a few moments ago also is fascinating and educational! The only problem I have is what you said at the beginning of your video about Capitalist or Capitalism. While Capitalism isn’t a perfect form of governing and has some need to improve a little here and there. It’s is actually Socialism or Socialist that poses itself as Capitalism and frames Capitalism as evil. The system of Government in Arcane that we see that exist is Top-Down which is what Socialism is. Other then that, great content and already subscribed after this video, keep it up!

When Powder breaks down crying after accidentally killing you know who (and others), that's probably the most powerful scene I've seen in many years. Amazing voiceacting! This series is truly something else. Took them 6 years to make this, I can see why. Best thing out of Netflix ever.

The thing is, Silco hadn't ever ACTUALLY accepted Jinx for who she was. Nobody had. Vi loved Powder, the sweet innocent girl that she needed to protect, however, she's scared of Jinx, shown by her reaction when Jinx says she made a snack for Caitlyn. Vi believes her sister is so far gone that she's willing to decapitate Caitlyn and serve her up to Vi. Meanwhile, Silco cherishes the chaotic and wild nature of Jinx, a ruthless person that, in a way reminded him of himself due to the parallels in her life. But he wanted Jinx to get rid of Powder, who n his eyes, was a liability, as well as due to Powder's attachment to Vi. All in all, literally no one knows Jinx as a whole. The closest person to that would be Ekko. He knew Powder and watched her become Jinx, but he also does not accept her. So really, Jinx has no one, she is completely alone, and I hope to dear god this girl receives some form of clarity in season 2 because ffs she NEEDS it.

I agree that the relationship definitely isn't healthy at all. But still, Silco clearly doesn't enjoy Jinx's wild, uncontrollable nature. She actively sabotages his operations and compromises his respectability before his minions, who become increasingly doubtful about his competence. He blows up at her briefly after one of those episodes, but ultimately can't put his foot down. Although Silco does what he can to help her (or what he mistakenly thinks will help her), he isn't capable of giving her any moral guidance. I think Silco is so hesitant to scold or correct her because he is afraid that might push her away or damage her further. Ultimately, what Jinx needs is professional help - and that's something neither Silco nor Vi can give her. She's caught between two opposing sides who love her equally, but no one who can really help her.

"you're perfect" kinda neutralizes the argument silco didn't accept her for who she was. her past as powder is what MADE her kill silco, but he didn't care, she was perfect in his eyes. Plus he didn't see powder as a "liability", he saw her as a weakness like he saw his past self

Something that really stuck with me about Powder's reaction to being left behind was that it *wasn't* an overreaction for her. To the outside world, it is. We have to remember that Powder is mentally ill and traumatized; she responds poorly to rejection and abandonment, loneliness. She has an understandable but unhealthy attachment to Vi. She gets her validation and sense of self from others. While I'm not a professional, I do believe Powder has BPD (I have BPD so these are just my observations), or at least an early form of it in Act 1. When a person has BPD, their emotional triggers are extremely sensitive. Imagine the strongest emotion you've ever had amplified by a microphone: that's every feeling for us.
The reason Powder is reacting this way is because of the intense fear of abandonment, and the sadness turned utter despair, and even anger turned rage.
It looks like an overreaction to the outside world, but in reality, she's feeling it just as intensely as she's expressing.

I did get that Silco finally understood Vander's position on episode 9, full of regret, he got to see why Vander turned into the pacifist he was. But now I realize that the moment Silco is talking to the statue is a very subtle and brilliantly executed moment of twisting the typical cliché of "See, you and I are not so different".
    Damn this show has layers.

You made alot of really good points about Powder's behavior when being left alone. Something that crossed my mind while listening to your video was that traumatized children (like Powder) will often seem very clingy and needy. It's in their nature to seek someone that can take care of them. It's a survival instinct. There are some interesting documentaries that show children with abandoment issues refuse to play and stare around the room looking for someone to take care of them. Really heartbreaking.

When you mentioned Silco and Jinx’s relationship, I mostly agreed and would like to add onto your thoughts. Not only did Silco love her as his own daughter, he also saw Jinx as being the heart and soul of Zaun. Jinx was his vision of the perfect Zaun (You’re perfect.) Which also adds onto why he chose Jinx over some shady deal with Piltover (which he does not trust whatsoever) in choosing Jinx, he also chose war over peace, knowing Jinx would be the catalyst that would eventually bring destruction to Piltover. Telling her she was perfect gives her that acknowledgement and reaffirms that her actions were the right ones. Something to think about anyways 🤷‍♂️

Only thing I don't necessarily agree with is calling Jinx crazed. She has some serious mental disorders because after all these years after being separated from Vi, she never got the care not the tuition to actually work on her susceptible mental health issues that have worsened over time. Maybe I am just looking too much into it, but I have seen multiple reviews where people just easily labeled Jinx off as "crazy" whilst I think that it's very unjustified to do so. But besides this, overal a very good analysis video, so kudos for that :)

  • @the_rabidsquirel
    @the_rabidsquirel Před 2 lety +6

I'm in a similar position on LoL. It's a game I know I don't want to ever play, and I've never looked much into the lore or anything. I had vague ideas of some characters, like "oh Jinx is the crazy girl, Jayce is that dude with the hammer" etc., but that was pretty much it. I also initially brushed off the show cause I figured it just wouldn't appeal to me, for pretty much the same reasons stated in the video.
It wasn't until a few days ago when I was down a CZcams rabbit hole of music, and I stumbled upon the AMV "Jinx || Are You Insane Like Me?" I'd never heard Gasoline by Halsey before, and that really drew me as I now love that song, but I couldn't get over the AMV either. I looked up clips, still thinking I wouldn't care about the show, only to realize holy shit, this show looks amazing and like such a tragedy. While I'd unfortunately spoiled a lot of stuff for myself, I knew I had to watch it anyway, and I'm so glad I did.
The show really is a masterpiece. It's so deeply tragic, and I felt like a mess watching it, I cried at points in 5 or 6 of the episodes. Even having mostly seen the tea party finale, I still cried again when I got to it. Silco's final words to Jinx just hit so hard. I wish I hadn't spoiled it for myself before watching, but I probably wouldn't have given the show a chance otherwise. I'm obsessed with it now. I've been watching all sorts of review and breakdown videos, been listening to the soundtrack, and I just can't stop thinking about it and its characters. I'm honestly debating rewatching the entire show again.
I've never had a reaction like this to watching a show or movie before. I can easily say it's now one of my favourite shows. I'm so pumped for season 2, but I'm definitely okay with waiting however long it takes. The attention to detail in this show is insane, there are so many things I didn't notice when watching that I'm picking up in videos like this. I'd hate for them to rush out a season 2 because it's so demanded only to lack the detail that made season 1 so great.
As an extra bit for any LoL players, as they might find this amusing. I looked up a lot of characters to see who actually are champions, and I was surprised that characters like Heimerdinger and Viktor are champions, though from the looks of it season 1 was only just the beginning for them. On the other hand, I was very surprised to learn Sevika isn't a champion. It felt like they built her and her abilities up like they did other characters that are actually champions, and her arm is pretty fucking cool, definitely could see MOBA abilities being designed around it.

Decent take, but you miss something crucial. Jinx wasn't created in the moment that Vi calls Powder a jinx... Jinx only received her name in that moment. Vi DID create Jinx, however... in the very first scene of the series, and that dark element of instability lived inside Powder all along. The freakout on the bed was NOT the first sign of deep trouble within Powder's mind.
I LOVE Vi, because she is fearless and impulsive and unlike writers of "typical hero characters", the writers of Arcane don't shy away at all from showing the actual realistic consequence of those traits... consistently making horrible decisions.
You can imagine that the parents of the sisters told them to stay home that night.. you can almost hear that conversation in your mind: "Violet, Powder, stay here girls. Under NO circumstances are you to leave this house. We will come back for you just as soon as we can, or we'll send someone else to get you. But STAY HERE."... So, why were they on a bridge covered in smoke and fire and death and murder? Because Vi is fearless and impulsive and always makes the wrong decision.
Powder saw EVERYTHING in that scene. We see the Jinx scribbles all over it.. so we know she is peeking through her fingers. What was the first thing she saw? An explosion and a body flying. The second? An enforcer shooting someone point blank with their rifle. Explosions and guns... any connection to Jinx?
How do we know that Powder was unstable the entire time? There is a specific scene that can help, because unraveling the luxurious fabric of themes that went into it reveal a TON of motivation and story that is told almost entirely visually/behind the scenes.
The scene is when Powder is creating a new toy on her bed and Vi comes in to sit down to try to cheer her up. Almost every react I've seen of that scene is the same... "awe, isn't that adorable, big sister is here to cheer her up.. she's so supportive, that's so sweet!".... but that ISN'T what we see in that scene.
Vi's talk with Powder in that scene MAKES POWDER FEEL WORSE. You can see that by watching Powder's reactions and actual body language. Powder says "You heard them, I'm not a fighter" and pushes her head against her toy for comfort (that part is actually important too, but we'll get to that). Vi responds with "you don't have to be" and those words make powder WINCE in pain and push harder against her toy and actually smack her head against it. That didn't help at all.... it HURT DEEPLY. But why?
Think about the kids... what do they value as a group? Well, who is their mentor? Vander... a hulking mountain of muscle that punches things until they stop being problems. So, the kids value that.. physical strength and the ability to fight and make problems become non-problems through sheer strength of muscle.
We'll get back to that, but first we have to establish the power dynamic of the group. Everyone points out Mylo mistreating Powder, constantly reminding her of her failures. But, very few people point out Mylo's mistreatment by Vi and Claggor, who do the same thing to him, but with a physical element added in... his theme seems to be "humiliate Mylo and physically remind him of his place in the group"
The hierarchy is clear.. Vi and Claggor are on fairly even footing.. Vi is the leader, but Claggor is a close second. Mylo lags far behind.. far enough that Vi and Claggor regularly bully him, even physically. Powder is the bottom of the ladder... and, as they say, shit rolls downhill. It is a bully chain with Powder at the bottom.
So are Vi and Claggor just mean bullies and horrible people? No, not really... there is a scene on the bridge with Vander when he is explaining to Vi why he doesn't want to go to war that puts it into perspective. Vi says "I've known my whole life that I'm less than them.. that my place is down there"... The Piltover residents, and particularly the enforcers, remind EVERYONE in the undercity at every turn.. every single chance they get.. that they are nothing but trencher trash that deserve to live out their miserable existence in the muck.
Everyone in the undercity suffers from a massive inferiority complex.. they really have no choice. And, that sort of angst has to go somewhere. It's why a kid bullied at school will often come home and abuse the pets, or their smaller siblings... shit rolls downhill, and that sort of thing has to have a release... and the undercity residents just pass theirs around and down the chain.
So, let's imagine each kid in the group gets a dose of this from the world. Vi probably gets more, Powder probably less... so let's say... Vi gets 1.5, Claggor gets 1, Mylo gets 1, Powder gets 0.5 doses of oppression from the world at large.
Vi passes hers to Mylo, as does Claggor, which is why we see Vi bully Mylo more than Claggor.. she has more angst to unload. Mylo now has 3.5 doses of angst.. his 1, plus 1 from Claggor, and 1.5 from Vi... so he hands it off to Powder, which is why we see him treat her worse than Vi or Claggor treat him (although to his credit, he doesn't seem to include a physical element like what is handed to him)
So Powder now has 4 full doses of angst.. 0.5 from the world, plus 3.5 from Mylo... what does she do with it? Remember, it has to go somewhere. We'll get back to this in a sec.
Back to the scene on the bed.. Vi tries to convince Powder that they all have their own skills, hers is punching, Powders is "those"..pointing to her toys. But does this actually ring true? Does Vi actually value skills other than physical brute ability? (cont)

    • @pfarabee
      @pfarabee Před 2 lety +3

To answer this, consider the scene on the balcony. Mylo is about to shine, demonstrating his unique skill.. not a physical one.. a mental one.. lockpicking. Does Vi give him a chance to demonstrate his worth in this alternate manner? NO. She kicks the door in before he even really starts, as if to say "This is what we think of your silly lock-picking, Mylo.. THIS is how we solve problems in this group"... and Claggor gives him a smack on the back of the head to drive it home... remember.. humiliate Mylo and physically remind him of his place in the group.
So, with all of this in mind.. let's revisit the scene:
Powder has an internal struggle.. it can be best phrased as "I do not offer significant value to the group".. or more directly: "I'm not worthy". She makes her first point in support of this inner struggle:
Powder: I screwed everything up.. I always do.
      Vi: Nobody said that.
THIS IS NOT A DENIAL OF THE ASSERTION... "Nobody said that" is NOT the same as "No you don't"
Besides, Mylo has been literally saying that all day. Powder smells the bullshit a mile away.
Powder: No, just that you were twice the person at half my age.
Vi: (Has literally no response to this, because she's completely caught)
First point... CONFIRMED. Powder makes her second point in support of her inner turmoil.
Powder: You heard them. I'm not a fighter. (I don't offer the single skill that our group values most highly)
Vi: You don't have to be.
Translation: YOU ARE RIGHT.. YOU AREN'T A FIGHTER AND LIKELY NEVER WILL BE
This admission from Vi that Powder isn't a fighter and likely never will be HURTS DEEPLY... makes Powder wince in pain and push against her toy for comfort. It hurt her so much because Vi confirmed her fear... she doesn't, and probably can't ever, offer the most highly-valued skill for the group. Second point.. CONFIRMED.
      Vi attempts to help.
Vi: Look.. I've got these (proudly clenches fist) .. (I have the most highly valued skill that you aren't likely to ever have)
Vi: And you've got those (points to contraptions that never work)
Powder concedes that there might be SOME value in the contraptions, even if not the highly-prized value of punching things.
Powder: But they never work! (This is CRUCIAL.. the perceived value in them is still not present, because their value is contingent on them actually working)
Vi: But they will (YOU ARE CORRECT.. there is no value in them, but there might be, if you can get them to work)... Third point.. CONFIRMED.
Powder's ultimate response: Slumped shoulders, completely defeated.
So, let's take the conversation one more time as a trimmed-up translation of what Powder heard:
      Powder: I'm not worthy
Vi: You are right, you aren't worthy, but some day you might be, if you can get these things to work.
Now the payoff... what does Powder do with all of her angst she gets from Mylo and the world? And why does she push against her toy for comfort? Same answer... because all of Powder's angst goes into her contraption toys, which become her source of comfort. And how does that mean that Jinx was always there, and that Powder was ALWAYS unstable inside?
Well.. what are Powder's toys meant to do? There is a scene when she throws Mouser at the boy chasing her... she has filled Mouser with nails and tossed her at the boy.. and then stares.. intently.. wondrously... waiting to see something.. what is she hoping happens? What is she wishing with all her might to see?
The same thing she saw on that bridge.. the very first thing she saw in the smoke.. an explosion and a flying corpse. Powder builds toys that are meant to MURDER people. The kid builds NAIL BOMBS as toys... and actually wants them.. desperately needs them.. to work.. to seriously harm people. And no one seems to notice.
Imagine a kid who made an endless stream of rubber knives with cute faces on them and fake blood, and constantly attempted to slit people's throats with them, and showed true disappointment when there was no squirting of blood and screaming in pain. Cute? Uhm.. maybe? Troubling? Alarming? You are damn right... a kid who does that needs therapy.
Beautifully, this mirrors Jinx talking to her weapons later on...she is almost having a conversation with a chomper bomb in her room before kicking it into the abyss to explode. She talks to Pow-Pow and Fishbones (in-game) She STILL uses her "toys" as her outlet.. they have just started doing what they were always meant to do.. slaughter people.

Up until the end, Vi never understood Jinx. She still trying to bring Powder back but the existence of Powder is the curse to Jinx. Powder is the one who accidentally killed her own adoptive father and families. It's an experiences that enough to send grown adult to the one way crazy street, let alone emotionally fragile kid. In fact, old powder adapted Jinx personality to escape from her crushing guilt. At the end of tea party, Vi still shout out names of Vander and other because to Vi, this is what gave her power to move on (you just saw what happen in bar fight when Vander appear) however to Jinx, those are the curse that resurface the existence of Powder and almost break her if not for Silco intervention to save Jinx. So, yeah up until the very end, the only one who Vi want is Powder, not Jinx.

What stands as cherished memories of friends and family for Vi, was a crippling regret for Jinx. Regrets that she'd been holding over her own head for years.
It's the subtle miscommunications that really twist the knife throughout this whole series. Similar happens in the "Are you real" scene. For Vi, it's showing that Powder never thought she'd see her again, but for Jinx, it's a very real question about hallucinations. She cannot forget what happened that night, she can't move on, and it's why the Jinx name exists. Embracing the last thing her sister said to her, and the reputation and illusion of being callous and crazy over the crushing reality that she's still that small girl traumatized by accidents in her youth. In a very real sense, Jinx can blame Powder for the "weakness" of her past, disassociating her failures and guilt by blaming someone else, rather than having to continue blaming herself.
Until the dinner party, where her sister throws the biggest trauma in her face. She doesn't know it, but in that moment, Vi did perhaps the most severe harm to Powder possible. And in return, she commits to not wanting to be that child anymore. She chooses to be Jinx, and fulfill Silco's last wish. Even if it kills her inside.

I'm not sure you quite understood the depth of Vi & Caitlyn's relationship. Its not just Vi seeing Topsiders can be good, but that on multiple occasions Vi actively chooses Caitlyn over Jinx, which fuels Jinxs paranoia that Vi has replaced her with Caitlyn- she can't grasp that Vi's feelings for Caitlyn are different from those towards Jinx, but don't replace them. If Vi didn't care for Caitlyn more than just being a topsider then the end of episode 6, or 7, or even 9 would have been different. Ignoring that part of the relationship ignores a big chunk of Vi's motivations and of how she has changed, as Jinx points out.

I didn't want to watch the show at first. I left the game back in 2014 because I hated its community for the most part. Watching posters of the show, I knew which characters were into it and I don't like them much. And it is a video game adaptation... and we all know what it usually means... All in all, the show had everything against it in my book. But my brother kept bringing it back in our phone calls and seeing that there was only 9 episodes, I gave up somewhere in January and watched it. It's now in my top five series/movies ever. I even reached that point where I watch others reactions to the show on CZcams. Never done that before.

First of all, this is a great video, like always.
It’s really interesting hearing you talk about, how you watched and took a dive into the show without knowing about league or any lore.
I think this video is nice but I subjectively didn’t like, that you mainly took a view on Vi and Jinx relationship in means of a red line trough the video. This is because there is just SO Much more to the whole show.
BUUUT I would’ve also wished for a 3+ hours minimum Video then XD.
This series is one of the 5 best pieces of art that I’ve seen yet (Anime, Movies, Series, Anime Movies, not including Disney or Ghibli bcs. Nostalgia and greatness).
And this is not due to me being a league lore Crackhead and league player.
I actually don’t like all of these characters in the normal lore or in game, and I expected a trash show(idk how I could do that, when looking at, their music, art, cinematics, songs and sooo much more).
This series is just one of the closest things to perfection I’ve seen yet(have seen ALOT). From artwork, character development, Eastereggs (there are hundred it’s wonderful), music, scenery and so on and on, it’s just so good the adaptation and rewritten story elements are also just magnificent and I can’t get enough of it.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the video and pls keep doing what you like, and maybe even go so far and make longer videos. I would enjoy anime non content too and longer videos leave more room for beautiful language and choice of words when talking about a scene with your heart behind it.

Jinx absolutely needs to have a redemption arc. She's perfectly set up to be a well-executed and better written version of the Anakin Skywalker story because, unlike Anakin, she's well-written and sympathetic all the way through her arc. I hope Riot isn't so concerned about Jinx's in-game lore that they fail to take the opportunity for that emotional arc.

    • @KevinNyaa
      @KevinNyaa  Před 2 lety +12

I think Silco's death will forever cement Jinx to be Vi's arch nemesis. They both grew up under the morality and philosophies of their fathers' and witnessed their deaths up close. It only makes sense for them to be on opposing sides, especially since Arcane loves it's theme of duality.

    • @cormyat07
      @cormyat07 Před 2 lety +2

You may well be right, but then I'll be slightly concerned about where S2 will get its emotional core. As you said, Powder/Jinx really was the crux of Season 1, even more than Vi; all the big, bone-chilling emotional moments in the series revolved around her, and I'm afraid if Jinx is just the new Silco (or worse, the new Sevika wrt Vi) in S2 the story will lose a lot of that oomph it's had so far. I'm guessing Sevika will actually assume the leadership role or find a new leader to prop up, and Jinx will continue to be a wild card. If they want to keep her complex I think they have to leave a potential redemption arc open.

    • @xCoatlicuex

I love Jinx as character but at this point she has done a lot of damage to innocent people to deserve a redemption. The sad backstory of a villain serves as a good explanation of their actions, but not as an excuse. To be fair about her dead parents on the bridge, she was so young that she wasn't going to react as you would want. Ever see child at funerals? They don't really care, not because they are evil, but because they don't really comprehend it. Powder was comforting Vi because she could understand that her sister was distraught better than she could that her parents were dead. She was just too young.
You could argue that after that point though she wasn't mentally the same. But I do think she did cared about Mylo and Claggor being dead otherwise she wouldn't be so guilt ridden about it throughout the show. But remember, in high pressure situations people don't always react normally. She was likely just in shock for a bit, realizing you just accidentally killed your family is a lot for a preteen to process. You are judging her because her tears were a few seconds too slow for you? She was like 11, it was a lot to take in, give her a break.

well arcane is a AU, that might be put into the cannon, and is the better lore for most of the cast, with the main issues being other zaun/pilt champs and ekko, cause everyone loves Seconds.
But the core traits are similar for a good chunk of the cast, jayce is still the same vi is still headstrong, jinx is still similar, just more grounded. victor had logical reasons to meet up with lol Vic, noxus is the same, Caitlyn is the same, just without the dead parents (yet) , ekko is different but still has the same traits of being an inventor, and having groups and wanting zaun to be better,

@@KevinNyaa Meanwhile this is one of the biggest games for years now and without the support of lol players we would've not gotten Arcane. Therefor I rly don't get LoL fans who prefer some internet karma/upvotes (just like amazon hate or anything like that, its always a plus in the western world to hate on companies "cuz they r just there to take ur money"). Wether u like a game or not, did you think about why it's still that successful? Cuz for the genre it's just a great game but like anything, not the game makes itself miserable, but the humans who play it. Like irl sports PvP can get heated at times and everyone just wants to be the best in what they do, but it's hard to cram a million players in the top 1000.
I hope, maybe for your season 2 review, you can overthink how you "advertise" (aka I trust ppl cuz they told me so without trying it) a PvP environment, while you show a streamer who gets watched by thousands of ppl who adopt his toxic behaviour and blame the game for it! Nice review though, upvoted (and this comment to support the algorithm :) ) - I'm here cuz I literally watch anything that has to do with Arcane and I don't see why it would be any useful to make new players stay away from supporting Riot to make more of these great shows.

    “Greed of capitalism”
You obviously don’t know anything about humanity. If you want to see what true greed looks like, check out Castro’s wealth.
But hey, you seem like someone who is amendable to reality. Good on you for giving Arcane a chance, in spite of your (completely understandable) bias against watching a series derived from a video game, and a LoL one at that. 🤪

Yeah, it doesn’t even work in a commune, where everyone knows each other.
Take care of yourself and yours, and treat each other as you wish to be treated. Life isn’t a zero sum game. Some people have more because they work for it, while others don’t. Respect their choices. Stop thinking that some people have because others do not.
