Very cool, thanks HW. Do you know if it's possible save a 'single' preset that contains *all* the stomps and/or *all* the stereo effects. The reason I ask is that I have a number of go-to stomp and effect banks and when I'm auditioning new profiles, I like to quickly add my 'flavours' to hear how they sound (especially as a lot of profiles are completely dry). What I end up doing is load one of my 'test' profiles (e.g. one of my favourites contains: Stomps = Noise Gate/Soft Shaper/Rect Shaper/Green Scream & FX = EQ/Chorus/Delay/Reverb) and then lock all 8 so they are loaded with each new profile I test out. However, this gets really messy if I first want to try a profile with the effects included by the person who made the profile. Being able to audition a new profile as is and then be able to add my own 8 stomps/fx at once would be an awesome feature.
I’m a complete noob to kemper and REALLY struggling to get my head round download/upload rig manager thang. This is really helpful. (But I’m still really struggling)
This is Great. Thank You, it took me a while, prior, to figure out what you just described in this short Video. One Question When you want to make a change (Turn a Knob) on the Editor with your mouse, is there a way to do it without it being so Jumpy? (Sensitive) Thanks again for all your Great Tips.
Hmm I don’t feel like like mine is jumpy. What Os are you on? Windows?
@@ToneJunkieTV I have a MAC PC it's hooked up to. Click and hold the mouse button Correct?Maybe not jumpy but Sometimes reveresed ie. go left to do right and vice versa and sometimes not very responsive
@@dansguitarheaven Sounds like a mouse settings issue. Readjust the mouse settings?
Thanks for your videos. Very helpful. One downside of the import functionality is that you can’t get the entire folder structure you have in your packs and just drop it in your local library. HW, You organized them so well and in order to replicate it I needed to create the folders first and than drag in the rigs. Frustrating. Do you know of a better way to do it?

How about how to take a full USB backup (.kpbackup) and extract rigs from it? I am afraid if I import it (from one Kemper to another), it will wipe out everything on the new Kemper? Of can I drag it to a folder and it will extract? Your videos are awesome btw - many thanks!
I'm laughing, HW, I wish you'd have had this up a couple weeks ago when I got your everything pack. I did get the opportunity to learn most of this stuff via trial and error that way, though. Maybe the next tip could be how to better organize things in Rig Manager... easier ways of setting up a file system in Local Library for your rigs, and how to better keep track in My Profiler if you have, say more than a couple hundred profiles there...

Hey HW. Got a related question I can find NOTHING about anywhere. Just got a Player (my first and only Kemper). I copied all my downloaded rigs into the local folder and tried to move 10 of them to the Player. 1 worked, and the others are listed as “Crunch” and are all identical generic Kemper rigs. Cannot figure this out and it’s massively frustrating.
Why is the Import performance greyed out in the Rig Manager when II am in the performances?
I’m having an issue when dragging from local library to my profiler, getting an error message that says import failed rigs were damaged. Anyone know what that’s about?

HW in performance mode how do I audition tones from rig exchange it used to be easier double left click and it would be dropped into the enabled slot?
Anybody know how to copy a rig from 1 kemper to another Kemper (just 1 rig..not the entire library of profiles and rigs) my son's kemper has a rig I want to use on my Kemper.

Profiling is racict
I do not understand all the hype with the Kemper?! I bought the powered version of one of these and I wasn’t impressed. Yes it Does have some good qualities, but $2,200...really? It has weird digital artificial bass you can’t get out. Every amp sounds basically the same with less or more gain. Has a digital sharpness that won’t go away. I guess you play it long enough you get used to it. Way over hyped in my opinion.
Y'know... I don't like eating fried onions... so I don't eat them. I just. don't. eat. them. I know some people like them, but so what? I don't go to the Fried Onion channel on CZcams and say "I do not understand all the hype about fried onions..." because no one who does like them really gives much of a shit either way whether I like them or not.
Go play the gear you enjoy, have fun; (because you are offering nothing to the conversation here. )
