You can timestamp it yourself if it's important to you.

There is no option to check the box "Use Rig Exchange", but this is not a problem as users can access it by entering their Username and password in settings.

What is the maximum usb cable length recommended? Kemper is some way from my computer in the studio…

At 8:15 I see user presets for an effect but I don't see a way to add my own to that menu.
NVM a forum topic reply informed me of this and I can confirm it worked for me:
"Note: If you want the Preset to appear in the Profiler's Preset list, copy/paste it to the "All Presets/My Profiler" folder."

It is possible to use the Ethernet connection between the PC and the Kemper in place of USB ? It works fine between a iPad and the Kemper

Hey bud, you faded right to the rig manager but didn't show how to get there. I downloaded the file, and it gave me a PDF. There is no where on my computer, or the kemper home page to click Rig manager to input my author name and password.

Hi, I am asking you instead of asking general question since it does not see like anyone responds to questions. I am new to Kemper and just downloaded rig manager. I was not certain i was using the correct USB cable. I have one USB cable that has two different types of ends, one is like they show in the video above but the other is the type you typically use on a PC, like for external drives / flash drives. Is that the type of cable I should be using? Thanks!

@@slashtrio hi there, the cable you will need is a USB-B on one end and a regular usb on the other end that plugs into a computer or lap top.

@@slashtrio rig manager was a little weird for me. You have to pay attention to what is high lighted or not when you go to drag and drop. Otherwise it won't move a rig like you want it to. You borderline have to be a computer programmer to see what all is available on rig manager. It's an enormous playground lol.

@@170170jon hey thanks for your response! I had a USB-B cable from another little amp I used and I tried that. It had me update the kemper to the latest version which i think it did successfully. Next I have to try and add all the profiles from the kemper to RM. should I back them up first ? Thanks !

@@170170jon yea I’m taking it slow because I am definitely not a computer programmer ha. I have decent tech skills but not great.
Also, have you had success with connecting iPhone or PC to kemper and steaming backing tracks or music to play guitar along to? I read you need a special aux cable that connects to PC / phone in normal Jack but then two male ends that connect to kemper? I’m supposed to get that chord on the mail tmw. I really like playing along to tracks so I hope I can make this work! Thanks.
