- Net migration remains “unusually high” as the UK heads towards an election, experts said, despite official estimates suggesting a 10% drop in numbers last year.
It comes after the measure for the difference between the number of people arriving and leaving the country hit a new record of 764,000 in 2022 -19,000 higher than previously thought - according to revised figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

I'm a Geordie. I went food shopping earlier today. I would say the people were 50/50 indigenous and immigrant. So it's probably less than 50% indigenous because Eastern Europeans look like us.

I was in A and E in Manchester Royal infirmary. Truly shocking I'd say 70% of the people were recently arrived migrants from South Asia and Africa. I'm not against anyone but to let millions of people in from countries who don't have the same values it's shocking.
Why are all of our politicians so Weak?
