No MOTHER would drive down unfamiliar back roads, in the middle of the night, no street lights, ditches on both sides of the road. with three sleeping children, very dangerous, and they were SIGHT SEEING ? The children are sleeping, you are driving, nothing to see but the moon. Then, she stops for a strange man in the middle of the road? No one with a brain would do such a thing. After that preposterous story , everything she did, and said went down hill, and her story got more bazar. She's exactly where she belongs.
It’s spelled bizarre and everyone is different. Every mom does things other ppl don’t always understand. The prosecution got their conviction based on emotion and a strong dislike of this woman. Not solid evidence.

She tricked the ex husband and disappeared with the girl for hours! That little girl never once asked to see her mother after the shooting!

She did mention that Christy cried. Poor kid was probably terrified. I hope her ex was jailed for letting her "mom" see her. All Diane ever cared about was herself. She even said early on that her kids were lucky bc she wasn't shot badly and was able to rescue them.
Beyond disgusting. She should NEVER be paroled. She is beyond a psychopath. Wish death penalty had been a choice.

Steve her ex husband got really mad at Diane for lying to him and disappeared with Christie for hours then he kicked her out telling her to leave.
I think he regret that visit and realized his mistake
She wanted to see christie to make sure she didn't give evidence against her!
I'm not convinced she shot them I need to hear the testimony of the kids.

In another taped phone call she has two guns in her trunk. Yup, it must have been locked and had to use the key to get the one she used out. Which knick said she had in the trunk. She said she gave it back and tried to get him to remember that she did.
