How do you test if there is tightness/ trigger points in the subscapularis?
Or is it only a matter of palpation

What if you can’t get your arm up to your shoulder as you show here in this demonstration

when i do that, I feel pain all at the front of my shoulder and all down the back of my arm, tricep area, what could that mean? feels very uncomfortable

Feel like a lot of these tests are giving me false negatives.. accuracy cant be very high

Can never know for certain. Think of them as guidelines. Only certainty is mri
