I think milkshakes should be considered a health food. Calcium for your bones, potassium for blood pressure and if your lactose they make a great colon cleanser.

Doesn't protein shakes help to build muscle and get stronger? A few weeks ago, I took my kitten to the vet and they said that my kitten is weak. So instead of feeding my cat milk, I feed it protein shakes, in hope that it gets healthy and buff.

When you have IBS and are lactose intolerant, Milkshakes are just as good as a colon cleansing. It's not exactly enjoyable, I look like the priest in scary movie 2. Just in the bathroom borderline screaming, cleansing my colon like, "the power of Christ compels you, cleanse this colon of demons!"
