Well my job kept me from joining the boys on the whole ride, but I decided to slip out for a couple days adventuring riding.
They were doing the Cross Pennsylvania Adventure Trail.

I have the same windscreen as you and I put the puig windscreen extender on it for the buffeting. You have to play around with the positioning to get it just right but I have a nice clean stream of air on my helmet now.

Hey Larry, I like your reviews on the GS 310 very much. My wife and myself drive also a 310 GS - they are on Michelin Anakee Wild tyres - and we don't have any trouble on high ways at higer speeds. We do the same kind of riding like,you, and they also perform well in the dirt.

Those are the carbon fiber bark busters. The plastic ones are great too. I’m just a sucker for carbon fiber. Thanks for watching.
