This is so blowing my mind because I'm from the treasure Coast and the first stop you guys made at that dam or whatnot me and my family stopped at on our way back from our cross country trip last summer and I found your video because I was looking up videos on scenic drives from Florida to Tennessee and back! It's good to know that without even knowing it last year I was on the right track and this year I get to experience it all when we are highlighting North Georgia North Carolina and Tennessee this summer. It'll be nice to be able to camp in the places I did growing up and going up there in summer to get the heck away from the heat. Especially since I grew up in a 1925 house that did not have air conditioning I only got a window unit when I was 12! Those summers were lifesavers

Man I think it's time for you to plan your Grand canyon southwest trip so that you can get to see and experience what me and my family did this past summer! And you're going to snicker at your Grand canyon comment once you see it and if you're brave enough you can camp on the north rim anywhere but inside the actual national park you can camp in the national Forest right outside the national park which is what we did and it was amazing! The grand staircase the bottom step is the Grand canyon the top step is Bryce canyon it's crazy! Anybody who goes out to see that beautifully warped landscape has to drive scenic byway 12! It will blow your mind in a completely different way. Fun fact all the sandstone that make up a lot of Mount Zion and Bryce Grand canyon etc they were all giant sand dunes from sand made from grinding down the rocks of the Appalachian mountains which are in fact a lot older than mountain ranges like the Rockies. I think it's kind of cool that even so far out west you still have to appreciate the Appalachian mountains because they helped build the landscape that nature Sculpts through erosion. I would make sure that the kiddos are somewhere around 10 and up so they can really appreciate it I was 15 when I went with my parents and even though I didn't necessarily at the time appreciate it being able to take my family there was epic

That is a trip we want to take, we want to go the the Grand Canyon, yellow stone, the Apache nation and explore the southwest, we also want to explore the the northwest coastline as well, right now we are working on going back to the uk, but we are thinking of taking a run out west to experience it, I would like my boys to be a little older so we can fully enjoy it. Right now with a 1 year old, going to a sit down restaurant is an exhausting adventure. 😂🤣😂 it does sound amazing though.

I loved this video. Very nice drone coverage of the rivers. I will be driving from FL to Sweetwater, TN with my daughter this week for the Lost Sea Adventure cavern, and will definitely include this scenic drives, rivers, & Cherokee before returning to FL. Thank you. Stay blessed.

In case anyone doesnt know. You cannot fly a drone in the state park. However, You can fly in Gatlinburg... YOU CAN LAUNCH A DRONE on private property in the GSMNP park and fly over areas of it... BUT if it crashes be prepeared to pay upwards of $5,000.00 or more in fines. Park rangers have also arrested repeat offenders so be aware if your a drone flyer.

Thanks for the info we checked in there was a few places they said no and some like our shots around lookout mountain the people working there said as long as it stays on eyesight and you don’t take it off in the park you can do it. So a lot of laws it’s good to educate yourself and and ask before you fly if you are unsure. If you look at our gatlinburg shots they are all zoom panning shots because we didn’t feel comfortable flying over anyones head lol we just flew straight up and panned and came down lol 😂
