Hi Molly. I've been loving your condo and neighborhood videos. I would love to see you do a video where you focus exclusively on these older vintage garden-style buckhead condos. I think this video focuses almost exclusively on expensive high rises, and many people might prefer these more affordable and historical garden-style condos. Buckhead has SO many of them, so I think this is definitely something worth creating. :)
Hi Cameron - thanks for watching and thanks for the feedback. There are definitely lots of garden style condos (I throw a few options in the end) but I'll see if I can create one for that (when the weather warms up). I tried to include a mix of several different price points in this one to keep it fairly broad - everyone has different tastes. :)

What do you think of 2828 Peachtree rd high rise condo?
Hey! Funny you ask that. I just helped a buyer purchase a beautiful unit in that building last week! Building is nice and quiet. They have their own private walkway that can get you to the nearby Publix (never knew that until I was touring the building).
Molly I’m looking for a condo for rent , can you tell me where I need to go?
Hi Wanda - I would try looking on Zillow on their rental section page. Most people (whether they are listing their personal condo on their own or through an agent) will have it listed on Zillow. If you want an apartment complex, I would just google map "apartments" and you can see the different options that pop up based on the area you want to be in. They will all have their own website that you can check out details/contact the management office. I don't work a ton of rentals but hopefully these resources will help you out.
