I operated a D8 with the old Donkey engine start in Canada 1974 it was a great machine. Except for the knuckle stripper starter.

Buy some grease for the poor machine. It deserves it after 50 years !!
Very funny but its the tracks are kept so tight to keep the them on, needs new chains

It's amazing how many "dozer operators" have no clue what slot dozing even is....i worked at a landfill for a few years...all but 2 guys were the worst dozer operators I've ever seen....CLUELESS what slot dozing was or is....
