    hey - a freshman here - is there any way to find the sample statistics instead of population parameters by using the SD mode? For example, standard deviation for sample is calculated by squared deviance divided by (n-1) instead of n for population. Thanks :)

      shift-2 "3" (sx) gives you the sample one

      that's "Sample standard deviation".
      calculated by
      sqrt((sum of all "square of difference") / (n-1))

    May I ask why nothing happened when I pressed 10 and then M+ despite that I have done all the steps you mentioned before it? ( I didn’t press shift 9 3 and the model of my calculator is the same as yours)

      did you enter the "SD" mode yet? (Press Mode "4" to enter the mode)

      Mode 1 (COMP)
      Mode 4
      Shift - 9 - 1 EXE
      10 M+ (then you will see line=1)
      20 M+ (then you will see line=2)
      Shift - 2 - 2 EXE if you see "5", then it is correct.
      If not, then maybe I am not able to help, sorry

      the one from the calculator is the sample mean.
      this is also the estimate of population mean.

    I don't have semicolon in my calculator, can i use normal multiplication

      is your calculator the model? If so, you can press "shift + comma" to get semicolon.
      of course normal multiplication is fine. this video only teaches the shortcut way.
