Awesome job. Can't tell you how much of my stuff would be diesel if I could find a vertical shaft!

You should add a stack pipe out that side panel and up for the smoke; Chrome with a flapper would look nice...

I did the same swap on a 318.
Very impressive performance for a 10 horse

diesels dont need to show much horsepower to power that machine a 10hp gas would have trouble though

Just did the same thing w my 212, & a Yanmar L70. Or well did a L70 swap on a sears st16 & my 212. Seems to be doin well for now on dsl.
Nice build! U should take it to a tractor show, & start it up/let it idle, & see the funny looks u get from people. I like that it looks stock.

Z482 would have been the way to go. Good work though. I nixed the k532 in my 400 and installed a D662. The 662 is only rated @16hp compared to the 19hp kohler. The 662 is way more powerful. It will mow a foot of thick grass without even trying. Again great work!

@@adambieszart5983 I almost put a diesel in it out of a refer unit but the 18 hp was 200 bucks so and low hours. Put 318 brakes on it and a super heavy front bumper with a 2 inc. Receiver makes it easy to move stuff around the yard.

Not much at all. I have another video of it clearing 4-5 inches with the diesel. And I do not need to run it at full throttle. Maybe 3/4. Does amazing in my opinion. Love the way it operates.

Nothing you’re doing to the tractor bothers me. It’s the backwards hanging American Flag that’s a little hard to watch. :)
