Just did the same thing w my 212, & a Yanmar L70. Or well did a L70 swap on a sears st16 & my 212. Seems to be doin well for now on dsl. Nice build! U should take it to a tractor show, & start it up/let it idle, & see the funny looks u get from people. I like that it looks stock.
This is the video I've been looking for!! I've been messing with my Onan for weeks and I've about had it! Thanks for the ideas and you've got a great looking 300!
Z482 would have been the way to go. Good work though. I nixed the k532 in my 400 and installed a D662. The 662 is only rated @16hp compared to the 19hp kohler. The 662 is way more powerful. It will mow a foot of thick grass without even trying. Again great work!
Good job. I might get one of these with a bad engine and I have a perkins 2 cylinder diesel I might put on it. It's 14hp. And like 30 torque. It's out of a apu
@@adambieszart5983 I almost put a diesel in it out of a refer unit but the 18 hp was 200 bucks so and low hours. Put 318 brakes on it and a super heavy front bumper with a 2 inc. Receiver makes it easy to move stuff around the yard.
Great Video and diesel swap wow I have a 1974 Case 446 with a tired Onan I'd like to do the same thing, can you please give me the height width and length of the motor with out the tank and exhaust it came with awesome job you did Thx
I see you were reusing the rubber fuel lines with the inline fuel filter, aren't you suppose to use steel lines for diesel ?? I'm just a curious farm fellow.
So out of curiousity, the 341 is a 16 HP, I dont know how much torque they have, but since you went to the china deisle what was the difference blowing snow? I know my k341 blowes snow all the way back to mother nature but id sure like to see the difference with only a 10 hp desiel???
Not much at all. I have another video of it clearing 4-5 inches with the diesel. And I do not need to run it at full throttle. Maybe 3/4. Does amazing in my opinion. Love the way it operates.
Awesome job. Can't tell you how much of my stuff would be diesel if I could find a vertical shaft!
You should add a stack pipe out that side panel and up for the smoke; Chrome with a flapper would look nice...
I did the same swap on a 318.
Very impressive performance for a 10 horse
diesels dont need to show much horsepower to power that machine a 10hp gas would have trouble though
I was just sitting here looking for a diesel for my John deere 300 and this video popped up I like
Very cool, I have a 2 cylinder Kubota I'll be swapping into my parts JD 314 along with adding duel brakes and making it an H3.

Great job! You should do this for a living ; ) I have a John Deere 214 that I put a Predator 420 into. Looks great and runs great.

Great job, tidied up everything!
who cares what anyone else thinks, it's your machine. don't worry about anyone else. great choice. I did the very same thing with a 127 cub cadet.

naa i have an 1980 reefer unit with a kubota zb600c-1 14hp that would be perfect for this tractor
Nice conversion Sir!
The rear strobes are a cool touch
Awesome! I want to swap my 210 with one of those 10hp diesels... Just sucks it doesn't have too much a diesel sound...
Fantastic job!
Pretty sweet conversion.
Really great videos! Well done!
I am very impressed. Thanks.

Thank you.
Great job. I personally would have to route the exost away from me . out the side or out the back.
Still considering routing it out the back
@@adambieszart5983 I have a 316. I ran mine out the side. Could not handle the smell of the 18 hp flathead.

darn good build man!
Nice work
Very Nice

Thank you. I’m getting close to wrapping up a 1967 John Deere 110 Diesel swap. Video should be out in a couple weeks.
very nice job.
Very nice.
Nice! Could you post a video of using it to mow a yard? I have one of these engines and would be nice to see how it handles mowing.
I got rid of the deck. It’s only used for snow.
I don’t have this tractor but I have a stx 46 that im trying to swap a diesel into it
Excellent!
Wow

Just on the high pressure side (injector pump to injector).
When are you gonna build a front end loader for it .

How much do you want for a starter off one of those old engines
Don’t have any laying around. Sorry.
What size rear tires are you running? 26x12-12?
Correct.
Where did you get this engine at? Any part numbers?
Adam, I have a 782 cub cadet I am going to diesel swap. Can you tell me the name of Chinese diesel motor you used?
I grabbed it from work. Old stock heading to scrap. Not sure the manufacturer
Ebay 186fa
have a link for those tail lights?
where do you buy these?
@@jo4ann849 this was new old stock where I work. They used them out. I bought 4 for $25 each. There are no more left.
Where did you get that engine?!
NOS where I work. Was headed to scrap so I was able to buy it at scrap value.
Where did the engine come from?
Company I work for used to sell them. This was old stock lost in inventory. I was able to purchase at scrap value.
Nothing you’re doing to the tractor bothers me. It’s the backwards hanging American Flag that’s a little hard to watch. :)
