  • Kunefe or knafeh is another legendary dessert from Turkey. The melting cheese inside crunchy and warm sweet kadaifi noodles is to die for. Let's learn how to make kunefe with all the important steps.
We use traditional pans here, but you can use a thin frying pan. Just be careful when flipping the hot dessert in the pan. Use a plate that fits on the pan, flip it into the plate and then carefully slide it back into the pan to cook the other side.
Making Turkish kunefe at home is way easier than you think. Just buy the kadaif noodles and an unsalted cheese that melts when heated (like mozzarella) and give this Turkish dessert a try!

I'm looking forward to making this delicious desert. I ordered my 3 Kunefe plates today and my Kadayif came yesterday. I have all of my ingredients except the Mozzarella cheese. I live in the U.S. but I love a lot of these foods I can't get here and have to make them myself.

Kanufe is one favourite thing when I am in holiday in Turkey 🇹🇷 😍 😊 I really love it. But unfortunately I can't eat so much of it,because I get heartburn from it, because of the butter. Can I use olive oil instead? 😊thank you for sharing 😅

It’s better to check if it is golden enough before flipping.
