- Enjoy one of the first forays into a Titan 1 Underground Missile Complex. Explore the RETRO LIVING aspects of living in this Abandoned Underground City.
At ‘Nuclear Bunker Living’ we appreciate all your support as this journey will culminate in the acquisition and rehab of several bunker complexes across the Southwest.
The 'Nuclear Bunker Living' You Tube series documents Nik's acquisition, exploration and renovation of America's largest and most hardened underground Nuclear Military Bunkers.

Really glad you got a good view of the stairs in the power dome going up to the mezzanine. Going up them and walking around the mezzanine was a challenge for me and proved how far I have come. Thanks for the obstacle course! It's second to none.
Truly an obstacle course
Man that's amazing.
No one lives on the site yet?
Yea we do
That was an absolutely fantastic tour. Great job!
Cheers Rich
I never thought of it but the toilet and sink water hat a long way to pump up to gy rid of it.
Quite a journey
Wow so much has changed there since you've been cleaning it out
Truly.
Are the floor tiles 9inch by nine inches the y were like ly asbestos. Be careful when you're removing them.
Less then 3% asbestos in adhesive
Have you guys had any luck contacting any of the government contractors that worked at the site after the Titan decommissioning?
Yes we have. Refer to past episodes
Thank you! Is the snake in the museum too? There has there been much wildlife getting into the complex? Keep smiling, hope all is going well.....
Cheers Neil
Are any of the construction photos of the site (Fred Epler’s work) in full color? I can only wonder what the T1 sites looked like when they were brand new in full color.
Black and white mainly
I look at most of the videos on this subject on here and that silo looks to be in good condition in comparison to a lot of others that I have seen and it looks like there's no vandalism and or military exercises have taken place down there.
We own several complexes. Our Titan 1 has no graffiti. Government kept if for defence contractors who used it for experiments.
Then we acquired it off them
What kind of pumps are needed to keep the place from dry, once it's pumped out?
Thanks for the video!
Sump pumps will be installed
During 1966 I was stationed at Davis-Monthan AFB, 390th SMS, Tucson AZ. While there I worked with a Sgt William Brewer. We were good friends but lost contact, would like any information where he lives.
We will investigate for you.
Oh many thanks....I would really appreciate that. I've been looking for years.
As always good shit boys.(:=()
Cheers Raymond
yolo.
Oloy
Great place for a horror movie.
Truly is
Site has barely changed in a over a year. Is it actually being restored?
Much has not been documented still
So nice to see a titan 1 that has not been molested with graffiti everywhere.
Agreed Russell
Are there any Atlas-F complexes that are in similar good condition as your T1 site, or are they all vandalized, beat up, etc?
Most are beat up
@@NuclearBunkerLiving Boy I hope you are pulling a silent so far ace on a possible “clean” Atlas-F site! Would love to see one of those as well getting cleaned up properly by you guys.
All the rust deplete s the oxygen levels .
We have ventilation.
I would so like to stroll one of those sites - I didn't notice them, are the antenna calibration towers still there? Ehren Hotchkiss enjoyed climbing as a kid on the ones at her site.
Intact. Waiting for you to come over.
I don't think taking a stroll would be possible in this beast. The only place it might be done is in the tunnel leading to the antenna silos. That is a world of it's own as it is pretty good shape.
Your complex hardly abandoned. Do you have anyone actually living ( permitted) below ground level?
Nik this make a great training compound.....see you( and your group) could handle the two weeks needed shelter in place.. 95 % nonmiltary public could not do it ....
Will Be back at 11 CTZ
MPLs Mike
We have personnel living onsite.
did they disassemble and remove all the old generators via the elevator?
Disassemble yes
