- For the very FIRST TIME we 3D Model and animate an Abandoned Titan 1 Missile Silo. It officially joins the METAVERSE and the realm of a VIDEO GAME.

Wow. That 3D modeling really brings the place to life. It’s impossible to appreciate the feat of engineering without seeing it in person. But the virtual tour sure is a close second.

Yeah, the pipefitters did do an amazing job and loved what they did. Lacy Wareheim, Jerry Brancio, and my father worked to make it happen. Loved your friends insight of the scale of what was done.

You guys keep upping your game each week! The details of the 3D mapping is incredible. The knowledge Brandon has from his work and then walking in the actual site gives such a unique perspective. It's like he has been there before. With this mapping, I can now go to places in the site that are physically possible. 👍 Great job!

It was such a surreal experience. Everything felt both new and familiar at the same time. I've spent so much time digging through reference images, drawings, and blueprints. Nothing compares to the real thing for sure.

@@Brandon_Hall_Official Going underground truly boggles the mind at the outsized and immense scale that the Titan 1 is. As you experienced, it brought this reality to life in so many ways. Hearing your comments during your walkthrough was like watching the joy of a kid in a candy store. Your comment about the pipefitters was so appreciated. I will pass this on to the three brothers whose father was a pipefitter like mine that died in the accident. Both our fathers were highly skilled craftsmen. I know it will mean a lot to them. Have you mapped the floors of the equipment terminal yet? The bottom floor has been the focus of my research lately because that may have been the genesis of the accident.
@buggyapp I haven't yet. Just a rough floor layout. The launcher areas are soon to be my main focus.
- And I have an additional video challenge for you, I mean why not? - concerning the strange fate of Titan 1 missile V2. It was out at Vandenberg in the OSTF; they fuelled it, then had the elevator raise it to firing position. That done, they had the elevator lower it back into the silo - but the elevator collapsed, dropping V2 down the silo to where it hit the bottom and exploded, throwing large chunks of missile and silo in all directions. Hollywood ain't got NUTHIN' on these babies!!!

Seeing the incredible 3D environment he created, juxtaposed with live video footage of you guys at the actual silo was great. I was also inspired by the possibilities that such a game could provide as far as scenarios, I think I have some good ideas.

I imagine that had a missile ever actually been launched from the silo all the support equipment would be toast and would require a total rebuild trillions of dollars for one shot better make it count.

At some point ? it would be nice if it was not lockt up in metaverse and games you have to buy.
There is bigger picture when it comes to these facilities, than
Profits, the recteatead 3d version should be available as a historic record.
I get that you want to get some income for it absolutely, but when the game is done you could share the model.
The 3D models will be released for the MUSEUM we are building.

This is a back-up generator in Jim Creek, Washington. It has a lot of useful tips on how to operate Worthington generators, if you actually had any... this is about making fun of all the men that served in the titan I program.
Not at all. We are working on something no one has ever done before with the Titan 1 Complex. We are showing you all how it is to build a full 3d render of a complex to this size. The video that is like the video game at 10 minutes in was the first video that Brandon did that caught our attention and now we are going in and doing a full render to show everyone what it was like when this place was operational....
We do everything to keep history alive and we have done so much for the community as well. Thanks for your input but we NEVER make fun of what these men had to endure during their time of service.
