honestly seems pointless you can shift just as fast with a regular 6 speed only benefit from this without supercharger is its good for dropping multiple gears fast.

How easy is the install? Is it a gearbox which you just attach to the motor or do you have to rebuild the transmission internals with a gearkit?

Yes, it is possible to drive smoothly on the road with some practice on rev matching between gears.
