In this video I show you the whitest material on earth called Spectralon. Spectralon reflects over 99% of visible light and holds the record for the world's whitest material. I show you what it looks like to shine a burning laser on Spectralon and then I show you what it looks like compared to Black 3.0-the world's blackest paint. I also teach you about what the color white actually means as compared to something reflective like metal or a mirror

Regarding the reflection of the light, does this mean that in a perfect (or as near as) vacuum, a red sheet of paper would be warmer than a white sheet of paper under white light? If not, what happens to the energy from the wavelengths of light that were absorbed or is that energy simply emitted in a non visible wavelength?

Do you think Spectralon could be used to make reflective safety gear like the reflective strips on high-visibility vests? Would that work, or would that be more dangerous than using a regular reflective material?
Unnecessary and incredibly expensive. Regular hi vis strips work just fine, this would be immense overkill for the purpose.
