10 minutes. Since few days they looked like that.

No need of alo, it will grow itself.
no need of aloe for this plant
What do you do with it after the roots are grown? Do you keep it in water or transfer to soil?
You can do that if needed
either one, typically these grow best in water, you can use gravel or river rocks to support the bottom. but if you choose soil, it’ll work just as good. just make sure if you choose water and rocks to change the water about once a week. if you go with soil make sure to water it when the top soil dries out, but no sitting water in the soil. :)
