- Hi!
It’s that time of the month when I need to colour my roots. Today I thought I’d try something a little more vibrant! Let’s see if it’s a hit or miss 👍👎 😬
I totally would've gone hyper platinum blonde first then Red!😁
wow, beautiful and divine, congratulations on your video, pretty lady. Greetings from Mexico City.
I have never tried this particular hair color but I have tried others. My hair is dark brown but I have grey roots. I get the same results. Hot roots and my scalp dyed red also. I don't know whether to just stick with my chocolate brown shade or use it on my roots and then the red on the rest of my hair.
I’ve gone back to chocolate brown. I tend to use either the Garnier Nutrisse ice coffee or the Garnier olia iced chocolate. That gives a dark brown indoors but a red tint in the sun. I’ve messed around with different approaches to red hair. I think if you want it really vibrant you may have to lighten it first (I personally wouldn’t try that myself but I’m not brave/ experienced with bleach. I actually did re dye my hair the day after this video as I was so self conscious about the hot roots. I used the garnier nutrisse deep red (4.6). That was really nice & it did cover over the obvious red roots.
It's dark brown because it's a tone on tone colouration, it works perfectly on lighter hair colour than yours. Unfortunately you can't reach that red colour with your natural hair colour unless you go to the hairdresser
Yes you’re right! It was a bit of an experiment & I didn’t want to attempt to bleach my hair first. I think I’ll be sticking with the brown box hair dyes in future. Thanks for your comment 😊
@@milymummyme but I can say I like this reddish brown on you, it didn't turn out bad tho.
Actually there is one, you should try Loreal's 8.624. It's amazing how that color is so visible on the darker hair. It's absolutely magical and once the color washes out, it leaves wine like color on hair.
Hey Mily!🤓
I like it
you need to use higher procent of peroxide for dark hair, then you will achieve it.
