That’s karma . They got lucky against the bucks and lucky against the Knicks due to catastrophic injuries . However , even if the pacers were completely healthy they weren’t beating Boston . They just happy to be there . Them being in the conference finals is good enough for the pacers .

I got the Celtics winning this series but it wouldn't be shocking if the Pacers win game 3. I'll never forget when the Celtics were playing the Cavs in the ECF, Boston got punched I believe the first two games with Isaiah Thomas playing and then when he went out with injury the Celtics actually won that next game because the Cavs didn't take them seriously plus Boston had to put rookie Jaylen Brown in the starting lineup and the defense got better.

Its insane to call Tyrese Halliburton the Pacers best player…this entire team is mid..he is an INTEGRAL member of this pacers team and their best point guard…Siakam and Tyrese are equally important to this Pacers team…unfortunately, one needs the other.

Pacers were mid when healthy, they were losing anyways. Celtics walking through the mid East was expected.
I don’t think people should be shocked if the Celtics make the finals and lose. They haven’t been battle tested at all. They have just been cruising throughout the playoffs. This reminds me of the Eagles last year when their all-pro defense was completely ineffective in the superbowl because they played the giants and a QB less 49ers team in the playoffs.

There is no Kansas City in the NBA nor is there a Mahomes like individual, so Eagles comparison is flawed. On top of that, Jalen Hurts never the Eagles to a Superbowl before the Celtics core has. The Celtics are most experienced, and battle tested team in the NBA outside of Golden State. They have literally been in every situation imaginable in the playoffs.

And you have a Celtics team led by a 26 year old. Why do people seem to think Tatum is a grizzled veteran or something? He is a veteran just because of the success he's had in this league but he's still very young. I think the Celtics will win a championship but I already see the narrative being set up. Well they only won because every other team was hurt. So nothing's going to change, even if they dominate the Western conference team. I find it somewhat disgusting but it is what it is. I don't think any team left can even hang with them and I think that's exactly what's going happen but it won't change anything because people are always looking for anything to discredit the Celtics and especially Tatum.

@@scoop2448 I don't believe they always choke but I know that's the narrative and they have had bad games at key points (just like every other team in the league) but it's also a completely different team than in other years. I do think it's weird though that the Celtics are maligned for their mistakes but any other team in the league can do the exact same thing and it may be talked about but not in the same way and not with this odd passive aggressive hate that people have for them. And yeah he's in his 7th year. How many years has Luka been playing professionally? Luka is more experienced than Tatum in that regard. I mean there's some actual, legitimate criticism of both the Celtics and Tatum but a whole lot of it is pure BS.
@@miked5814 Pretty much always.. 2018 they had 3-2 lead in ECF and lost game 7 at home. They also have around .500 record at home in playoffs last few years.
They were heavily favored last year vs heat and in bubble yet choked. In finals they had a 2-1 lead and tatum played terrible and choked. He was 1st team all nba last 3 years so no excuses about age.
Luka is a year younger, plays in west and steps his game up in playoffs, 31-9-8 for playoff career.
