- South Africa's law of evidence determines how various types of evidence such as similar fact, hearsay, opinion, previous consistent statements, character, etc are admitted by the courts. This lecture series discusses the considerations, requirements and qualifications that must be met before these types of evidence can be considered. This particular video discusses requirements to be met in admission of similar fact evidence. It is part of a series analysing the admission of the other types.
I wish i had a lecturer that knew how to simplify cpmplex legal concepts the way you do. The way you break down law of evidence is very easy to digest and understand.❤❤
