  • Today’s deep sleep meditation is designed to guide you into a new beginning, a new chapter in your life where you have the confidence to let go of old habits and begin new habits that align with what you really want in life.
    As humans, we are habitual creatures. We tend to do things the way we've done them in the past. Every choice we make, every action we take is writing the story that is our life. Although, sometimes we can fall into a trap and continue to write the story we are used to reading. It is common to identify ourselves with our past. We think we are what we've done and then we live up to that expectation we've set for ourselves. The good news is we can change our story anytime we decide to do so. Knowing that, at the source of each of our habits is a thought gives us the power to change. If we change our thoughts, we can change our habits. It only takes a moment, a thought, a choice to go a new way. Today, we can begin to write a new story.

      And though I identify with the best of those who articulate far better than i their reasons for following you, I think my initial reason for selecting you might be unique?
      You see it was because of your last name. You see "Raymond" is the very special given name of my late spouse whose 50 + years of "...love without rhyme, reason or qualification" as he once put it, unleashed all my inhibitions and allowed me to soar to unimaginable heights.

    This video really worked for me last night. After listening to Sara’s words for about 45 mins, I fell asleep and woke up 2 or 3 hours later. This was the first time I had slept continuously for more than one hour for many weeks. I believe her words must have worked in my subconscious. I got up feeling all refresh and happy to start a new day. Thank you, Sara, for helping me break up my old routine and start a new beginning.

    I have major depression, anxiety and chronic stress. I play your videos all night trying to reprogram my brain to think more positive, happy thoughts and totally different self talk and confidence than usual. I really would love if u made meditation and music 2 separate videos. On nights that I only have time to sleep 4 or 5 hours I hear more music than positive, healthy words. Your words are very helpful to me and I thank you for caring enough to post videos for all of us to benefit from.

    Thanks for the optimistic meditation. It is good to have a genuine warm hearted being talking soothingly such that we can sort of unguard our thoughts and safety let things be as they are. I think you are very skilled in being clear and genuine to the well-being of the listeners. I was wondering if you notice any differences between how you are from when you first did these meditations until now.

    I have been carrying I'm very very heavy backpack since I was a little girl because of real bad child abuse thank you I love what you do your voice is very calming and everything you said today I finally feel add my backpack is so much lighter I'm 65 years old now and I am bed bound or in my power chair thank you for doing what you do I will listen to this one more I listen to all your videos I've never been so attached to any meditation video like yours thank you again

    You pair are pure genius possibly my angels I have tried so so much to kick my bad habits and change my life for the better I used to be very successful in my business and over the last couple of years I’ve fell into a trap and my family, business and self have done nothing but suffer, so my present is a case of my business hanging by a thread and I was loosing my battle, your video has really helped me and I’m being much more productive and my boundaries are not as hard as I thought they’d be, that’s thanks to you guys, I have all the tools I need to get my life back to normal again without stress, worry and financial stability, please keep up the hard work I think more sleep videos from you will really help so many people, god bless you…… Pete

    This is amazing I went from such a mindset of letting of of everything, then I got majority attached Then everything left me and I got even more and more attached to everything now I have very little but alot also and this is one of the first times I've let go of building and being driven by attachment to outcomes and projects and things that might get me there instead of giving it all away that's the most peace

    Spent lots of money yesterday on hypnotherapy .well trained person. I went down with the bug ,could not speak ,yet I was expected to accept the hours training. . Lady showed her colours .       I fully agree I have just started this for falling asleep at night and it usually works fairly quick but then I wake up when the video stops I too have never left any comments or even thought about but listening to her voice is soothing and it’s also great in the morning too to find positive energy

    I for whatever reason was getting very angry every night doing this, listening to these videos. I started just laying in my bed sobbing whenever she was talking and then angrily turning my phone off, going on a walk. I do not get angry often. It was in my bones, in my skin, the kind of anger you feel in every single part of you, you feel it swell to the surface and grip your throat.
    I didn’t understand why, until I looked a bit more into it, apparently, 1. I have a lot of suppressed anger that yoga was bringing out (I didn’t know that) and 2. I had been trying to sleep on my back because I was told it was the healthiest sleeping position, until I researched and realized that sleeping on my side works for me, and it makes me feel good, consistently.
    What I’m trying to say is that if anyone is listening to this and just getting frustrated, or you don’t think you like it a lot cause you think that she’s lying to you when she says you can let go, I genuinely just suggest changing smaller things to make yourself more at ease, now I’m fully into all of it, anger gone and subsided, just peaceful sleep after just listening to 10 minutes of any of the videos they have.
    Try it out, and keep trying, cause it can work if you can open that noggin a little more, being mindful and at peace is for everyone.
