The problem is we didn’t want to see sting vs taker In 2017, we wanted to see it in 2001. Just like Goldberg vs Undertaker.
Speak for yourself
I 100% agree buddy!!!!!
@@NeoSoulCrew bro, unless the cinematic era started back then, a match between sting and taker in 2015 would have been mediocre at best
Agreed 100%. Also Goldberg vs Lesnar was a sad joke.
1995 would of been cool
Not gonna lie, I feel like Triple H relation with Vince gave hime unfair advantage over most of the other superstars. Not saying Triple H is bad or anything, but the number of times he's been chosen to screw over ther wrestlers is ridiculous.
He continuously put himself over...and did It to the detriment of the product...
Triple H's reign of terror
@Read this comment👇🏻 I allow myself to think Undertaker could have made the same demands as those 4 but he choose to remain genuine as he is just a great guy and appreciated the opportunity he was given.
Hhh won at Mania 16 18 19 25 26 31 35...
Booker deserved the win at 19
Orton at 25
Sheamus at 26
Sting at 31
Batista at 35
The worst one was against Booker T. There was no reason for him to win.
Only 10 times? I'm sure fans can think of a lot more. Or how about for a follow up video times Vince buried wrestlers out of ego and spite. Because they weren't hand picked and got over on their own or he just got tired of them. Like Bray Wyatt or Zack Ryder.
You Smarks are so delusional like my god bruh WWE give bray Wyatt a push back in 2017 what y'all did? Still complaining also Y'all was crying about him being a bored champion like ever person that you Smarks want as champion. also he's a 1x WWE championship and 2 or 3 time universal championship so please explain how WWE buried Bray Wyat?? The fact you said that joke that not even a championship guy Zack as champion man I'm so happy WWE don't listen to y'all 🤡 if WWE did man WWE would been dead a long time ago.
@@LarryDaGoat23 one time WWE champion. His reign was like 30 days then he dropped it to Orton in that weirdly booked match that went 8 minutes and had those stupid projections so it made him look like a joke.
Then his first universal reign were bad due to stupid booking (No contest in a Hell in a Cell, winning it at Saudi, being squashed by Goldberg) and the other reign was short lasting just a few weeks till Roman took the title in like his first defence. Then had that nonsense feud with Orton where he lost at Mania in 5 minutes.
So yeah they did bury him and just because he won world titles doesnt mean thats great cause all his reigns were hampered by bad booking decisions.
@@jedininja3016 not reading that trash comment Smark if wwe did everything you said on that list y'all say he "over pushed" and still don't take away the fact what I said since when tf a person that wins a championship and 2x UV championship is buried I love how you said "he's WWE championship reign was 30 days" but when he 1st won it y'all was booing him and said he should not be champion also even when he won the UV title including also said he was boring it's should be aj styles?? onG bro she used her last name to single handedly bury so much younger talent
Idk about yall but i feel like she should be away from a title for at least a year

@@ultraloyalservant2felineov41 yeah, but it would be nice if they just fucking gave someone else any chance to prove themselves
I always thought Booker was originally supposed to win but Triple H used his influence to change that.
I remember feeling bad for Rey Mysterio at 2014 Royal Rumble cause the crowd booed him even tho it wasn't his fault he had to be #30 instead of Bryan
RVD went down the card and still did what he does best. His ladder matches stole the show without any competition lingering.
I really think they squandered RVDs time in the WWE to some degree.

John Cena heel turn would've shook the pro wrestling world
But the kids want cena face so kids are more important than us lol

@@nwo2cool Not really. He wanted to do a full blown heel turn, even had new gear picked out, but then changed his mind, claiming it “didn’t make sense business wise”. Vince didn’t want him to tarnish his baby face role either. The fans treated Rock as the face, & Cena as the heel, but he never actually had a turn.
Honestly Undertaker vs Sting should've happened at WM 31 but Sting got sabotaged by WWE instead
WWE almost give us fan Sting vs Taker in 2011, but Sting chose to resigned with TNA. Sting was so close to signing with WWE that time until he had second thoughts. That cryptic vignettes that WWE aired in 2012 were meant for Sting, but when Sting decided to stay with TNA, WWE gave it to Jericho instead.
HHh vs Stink was a great match and a perfect closure to WWE beating WCW. Storyline made sense.
Undertaker vs Stink could have been saved for Summerslam that year.
@@ultraloyalservant2felineov41 That's fine, but here's the problem, WWE brought in Sting to lose in his 1st match. That was the beginning of his burial. If WWE would have book Sting to wrestle his 1st match at Survivor Series '14 being the mystery man for Team Cena, and have him be the sole survivor pinning HHH, it wouldn't hurt his loss at WM. You can't bring in a top major superstar, and have him lose in his debut match. That's a burial.
@@nwo2cool
Sting made so much money by losing that I’m sure he sleeps fine at night. Triple H actually has lots more losses than wins and the storyline completely made sense For WWE to win in the Monday night wars. Sting as the last surviving WCW soldier to lose made sense.
More importantly, the part for me that stole the show was NWO versus DX during the match. That was awesome!
@@nwo2cool
Then I think they gave Sting title shot versus Seth Rollins when he got hurt. So WWE was actually building up sting.
It’s a shame he was with WCW for too long. If he was with WWE when he was younger and in his prime there would be so many great matches
its insane to me that they released jeff without giving him another title run, the man got a huge pop in any arena he entered. and regardless on if he went on a winning streak, or lost every match possbile, people LOVED him and nothing was changing that... sad to see

After hearing The Undertaker say "never say never" at his WWE HOF speech, I still have hope that we'll see 'Taker vs Sting at Wrestlemania. ( make it a cinematic match to hide both of their limitations)
The problem is Sting is in AEW now.
He talked later in a post retirement speech interview, about how he regretted saying that because people would fairly assume there’d be a chance for him to return. He was annoyed because he legitimately has no intentions of ever returning lol, just saying it to say it.

Turning Cena heel would have basically been copying what was done with Hogan in WCW, and it wouldn't have worked as well. Nobody thought for a second that Hogan would ever turn heel, and that made it an absolutely enormous deal when he did! With Cena, people had been talking about it for many years and hoping to see it happen. It wouldn't have been near as big of a shock.
That's a perspective i never thought of, thank u
Everyone wanted cena to turn heel but this was not the case with hogan ig people wanted him as face only
That’s not true it would still be shocking just like people when they expected Brock to beat Taker at mania when it actually happened it was a surprise
@@pragatsharma1580 With Hogan they didn't even think of the possibility. It was a different time. Fans knew that wrestling was predetermined, but they didn't know anything about the inner workings of the business (except for the very small portion who read the observer.) After over 10 years of Hulkamania (which started in the AWA, not the WWF as most people believe), people did actually grow tired of it. In WCW, he was getting a small smattering of boos in with all the cheers. But even then, a heel Hogan hadn't crossed anyone's mind. Nobody thought that Hogan could be the 3rd NWO member, not even Dave Meltzer himself. (Believe it of not, Dave thought the 3rd man was to be fucking Mabel (a.k.a Viscera) of all people.)
@@LordLazo It is very true, and I'm not saying that a Cena heel turn wouldn't have worked. I'm sure it would have worked, I'm just saying that it would have had much less of an impact and been a copy of what was done with Hogan. I suspect that the reason why it was never done is probably because too many people were expecting it to happen at some point, and this made it a less appealing move for WWE to make. It's so much harder to do anything truly surprising or impactful these days because of the internet combined with fans' knowledge of the business.
What was something I wanted to see? The Fiend vs. Demon King Finn Balor at SummerSlam 2021. It would have been a perfect way to end the four year rivalry between the two. A best two out of three from their previous matches. Bray fought and lost to the Demon King in 2017 and Finn was the first victim of The Fiend in 2019. Having the two's most dark personas battle in a match to solidify their supremacy would have been like the next Undertaker vs. Kane. I really REALLY wanted to see that But instead WWE fired Wyatt before the match could happen, then they fed the Demon King to Roman Reigns, as if he needed that win.
You know what I'd like to see?? I'd like to see WWE fans and Wrestling fans in general to stop acting like they know what WWE and AEW needs to do all while working their minimum wages jobs. Feel free tp apply for jobs at the WWE and show Vinnie Mac how it's done.

#1 will always remain the biggest "what if" in WWE.
It's even more intriguing-- in my opinion-- than Austin versus Hogan, Rock versus HBK, or Undertaker versus Sting.
WWE could've done Austin vs Hogan at WM17, but Vince McMahon decided to switch it to Rock vs Hogan. The Rock never wanted to work with HBK because he claimed HBK disrespected his him and his family. WWE almost give Sting vs Taker in 2011, but Sting chose to resigned with TNA. Those cryptic vignettes that WWE aired in early 2011 were meant for Sting, but when they learned Sting staying with TNA, they gave to Jericho instead. Sting was so close to signing with WWE until he had second thoughts.
I think the biggest missed opportunity was Hogan v Flair at WM8.
Alright I realized how funny it is that The Undertaker winning streak isn't even included in this list. The streak should have never been broken 💔💔💔🤬🤬
Atleast it should have been BROCK LESNER in THAT match and vibe!!
If they wanted to do that, HBK or HHH made much more sense...

The streak ended years ago. You marks need to get up and deal with it.
Lol undertaker wanted to break his winning streak long time ago
@@something7432 Agreed in fact Undertaker himself suggested that Randy Orton during their feud be the one who ends it during their match at WM21 mostly cause the legendary star thought it would help Randy as he was starting to get over with his heel gimmick of The Legend Killer but Randy refused to beat Undertaker due to having a tremendous respect for Undertaker's career and legacy

I will never understand what Vince has against stars who win the crowd over organically rather than being handpicked. John Cena and Randy Orton are the last guys who were pushed to the top after getting over organically. Everything else has been absolutely handpicked. Also, I feel like John Cena should’ve turned heel after losing to the Rock at WrestleMania 28.
When did John Cena get over organically with the fans?

The more I learn about the WWE, the more I understand why I abruptly stopped watching and sliced pro wrestling from my interests. My enjoyment of professional wrestling was reignited during the pandemic when I discovered AEW in a time where I was one of many people trapped at home and scrolled through the internet out of boredom. With a different mind set and reflecting on what once was, WWE disrespects fans, edits crowd reactions to continue an incoherent agenda, and smother great performers for ridiculous reasons. I have been a wrestling fan my entire life and forgot my love for GOOD pro wrestling until 2020. I have realized that WWE believes their audience are children or adults with a short memory. I am not trying to add gasoline to the WWE vs AEW battle, but I genuinely appreciate that AEW doesn’t treat their audience like they are idiots that don’t know what they want.
My girlfriend never watched pro wrestling. I introduced it to her with AEW. She genuinely loved it. We even traveled many miles to see Full Gear 2021 live. We watch Dynamite every week like a date night. This year’s Wrestlemania was so hyped that I paid ten dollars for us to watch it. She is completely out of the wrestling loop… and she hated it except for the Cody Rhodes match. WWE is slow, inconsistent and trying desperately to live off nostalgia until they burn the legacy of what used to be great.
I never leave comments on these videos. Not trying to start an argument, only sharing my thoughts. I hope anyone that reads this has a good day and party on dudes.
I agree with you here, even though I'm still an avid fan of WWE years and years later, I hate how they treat their wrestlers and employees. With that being said like they all say ''it's just business.'' WWE is a business, AEW is a business. Any Wrestling promotion is a business and will do anything they can to be at the top of it, weather that also include WCW and ECW in the late nineties. And about Wrestlemania 38, In my opinion, It's 100% in my top 3, Steve Austin's last match, Cody returning, RK-Bro, Bianca vs Lynch, Roman vs Lesnar. Hell, even Drew McIntyre vs Happy Corbin good. Although I'm just wondering, since your girlfriend isn't in he whole overall wrestling scene, maybe that's why she disliked it? No clue, just guessing. Anyways thanks for sharing your opinion mate, respect.
I saw your deleted reply and while I guess on something you were correct, AEW also has troubling matters, some problems are like WWE, others entirely different. AEW hasn't used Miro much in the last 8 months, Keith Lee is being booked badly, so is Somoa Joe. Predictable match outcomes, the Owen Heart tournament was quite predictable, a ton of match botches, I know AEW is still a bit new, not really new, but it's started to become more aged than it was before, but you'd think with the amount of promises it made to the fans, it'd be all done by now.
According to Paul Heyman (in an interview on Steve Austin’s podcast) the writing and production staff sit down at the beginning of their year, and book the PPV’s. Then over the course of the year, they fill in the stories to get to those matches on the PPV’s. That’s why they’re so lost when someone gets over out of no where because they have everything “booked” way in advance. But everything is subject to Big Papa Mac.
Undertaker vs Sting was something we wanted back when WCW went out of business, preferably after the Undertaker went back to his Deadman persona. In 2015...it would be like Goldberg VS Undertaker
Would have been a great cinematic match like the boneyard match.

I agree that AEW is more entertaining than the current incarnation of WWE. Dream matches aside, I think the roster has a lot of talent that is being used correctly. There are a lot of younger talent that at first I dismissed, but now they are really my favorite part of the company. Plus it is awesome to see older talent not having to win all the time.

Finn Balor as champion Kevin Ownes as champion drew McIntyre beats Brock and win the Royal Rumble the shield returns turn Seth Rollins face have Seth Rollins beat Brock Lesnar at WM and him win the Royal Rumble and same with Kofi Kingston Have Becky Lynch win at WrestleMania win both titles have Seth Rollins turn heel because y'all said he was bored as a face and aj Styles as WWE championship in 2016 and having him win it again because y'all said he needs another title they give it to y'all have Roman reigns as a mid card because y'all said he need to stop being a Main eventer and have Daniel Bryan win at WrestleMania 30 and have John Cena put over rosters because you always keep complaining about him burying people have cm punk win the WWE championship also y'all said he needs a long title reign what WWE did they give it to y'all. it's more lol you Smarks are so delusional.
@Abc123 "We want Roman as Universal Champion & the face of the Company" *SAID NOBODY EVER!* So please ask yourself when did Vince listen to the fans other than his own fan Triple H & Cena???
@Abc123 please don't take that delusional no life fake Roman fan serious us real Roman fans not Smarks
@@shin-gokusatsu645 a lot of people have said that 😹 Your feelings don't equal everybody's. Roman is the right person to be the face of the company
@@ramialejel LMAO I love seeing those no life vrigins that don't go outside that be in they momma basement hating on reigns 24/7 crying 😂 it's really Funny.
Jeff Hardy should've had a lengthly WWE title reign
RVD should have as well, heck to think of a title match between RVD and Jeff would have been insane.
If wwe had sting vs undertaker at mania 31 it would have been epic if they has done it right it would so awesome to see happen two of greatest legends in the history of the wrestling bissness in a match for the ages but sadly wwe don’t do it
Oh lord let the Sting vs Taker match go already. The only time it realistically could've happened and make sense woukd have possibly been 2015 but consider that wouldve been after 1 yr of Taker not competing. I don't now why its so hard for ppl to understand Sting is most responsible for the match not happening
I don’t know why they left Daniel Bryan out of the rumble match in 2014. Looks to me that WWE barely acknowledged him on the show.
He actually competed earlier in the night against Bray Wyatt.
@@ronaldmcdonald2817 I know that. Seeing how over he was with the fans at the time, it kinda sucked that his only appearance on the show was in a low card match.
that's what made storyline better..imagine letting bryan have a long run when he won at summerslam 2013..we would never get this much hype for him..imagine him winning royal rumble and booking his spot into the main event..that would be boring as it would be just another storyline..i remember people bashing wwe for not letting bryan have long run in 2013 or let him win royal rumble..now looking back,it was right decision..had he got any of these two,he would't be as big of a deal he is today..so not always wwe does wrong..
@@DJDoubleCee I wish he was in the rumble as well. At least he gave us the nights best match.
@@ronaldmcdonald2817 both him and Bray had a wonderful match but were left out of the match which was so puzzling
Funny how most of these have Triple H involved in one way or another. Crazy how that is 🤦🏻♂️
ONLY 10 times WWE didn't give fans what they wanted ?!
You could make it a top 100 list ... for EACH year.
Although for the The Sting vs Triple H match at WrestleMania 31 we got a "Dream Come true moment" NWO vs DX Cross paths !! That's one of the Great moments we will never get again due the the death of Scott Hall !! RIP !!
HHH's power in the WWE really did irritate me.
It's been 20 years. Let it go
@@GoRun1982 heck even scott steiner let it go
I really want to see taker vs sting but never going to happen ever
The only time we almost have Sting vs Taker was in 2011. Those cryptic vignettes were meant for Sting. Sting was so close to signing with WWE, but he chose to resigned with TNA.
problem with cena turning heel is that hes given over 650 make a wish wishes and if he turned heel he just wouldnt be the hero that kids really want and at the end of the day thats worth much more than a fresh character
It' s a shame that the Undertaker and Sting didn' t have a match against each other at WrestleMania 31 , it was the f*cking great opportunity to have a match between them !! Damn you WWE , damn you 😠😠
I feel the same way😠😠😠
Stardust completely ruined Cody Rhodes momentum almost
To this day, I can’t stand Roman. And I don’t think I’ll ever root for him.
So there's going to be a parts 2-7 in this series?
HHH WAS HITTIN THE BOSSES DAUGHTER
Dont forget wwe never gave the fans a dream match with John cena and samoa joe at WrestleMania 33 or SummerSlam 2017
Who the hell asked for that 🤣😭

Never ever give the fans what they want. Fans are fickle and often unappreciative. Business is always first and wants is always optional. Harsh truth of business
Absolutely I've seen wwe give the fans what they wanted and the fans still complained

Sadly 2k is the only place for taker vs sting.
I really wanted the Sting Taker match to happen and still can't believe WWE never pulled the trigger. The only thing i can equate it to was Hogan and Flair in 92. But even then we eventually seen it in WCW. We will never see Taker Sting.
Here's my list
10. Shinsuke Nakamura WWE Champion
9. Pushing Rusev Day
8. Rob Van Dam Wins The World Heavyweight Champion At Unforgiven 2002
7. The Nexus At SummerSlam 2010
6. Taking The Spotlight Off Of Charlotte Flair
5. Roman Reigns As The Next Golden Boy
4. The Early Days Of The Yes Movement
3. The Summer Of Morgan
2. Booker T Winning The World Heavyweight Championship At Wrestlemania 19
1. The Rise Of Zack Ryder
This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever read of course Smarks gonna agree with this trash list this is why Wrestling is so trash now y'all want people as champion that not even good as a mid card championship funny thing about it if wwe did what you said on that horrible list y'all still would be complaining and crying 😂😂 like bruh
@@LarryDaGoat23 Wrestling marks are the absolute worse. I'm so glad Vince ignores their stinky asses
10. Yes, even though eventually everyone would've gotten sick of him like they do with everyone else
9. Why does everyone pretend like he would've been wwe champion or something, when at best it was an upper midcard level gimmick.
8. He eventually got the title in 2006 and we all know what happened afterwards
7. 100% agree, but what happens afterwards? The only actual top star in the nexus was Wade barrent and while he should've been pushed, everyone else is just, everyone else
6. Overpushed beyond human comprehension, yes. But she arguably the most talented woman in wrestling history that usually delivers on everything that she ever does. Plus we all know that they only care about the 4 horsewomen, so who else would they really even consider?
5. If his heel run has proven anything, it's that Roman was always a top talent, and the only real mistake wwe made was that he didn't turn much sooner
4. Was booked nearly perfectly up up until the rumble. And even with that bullshit, we still got an amazing story where we all got what we wanted in the the end. Why are yall still complaining?
3. Well I guess that answers 6. Even though every single day, she gets more and more overrated by her Simps and stans. And while she's great in-ring, nobody can really say anything about her gimmick other than she quirky and cries all the time.
2. Yeah, but they probably would've made him drop it back to hhh at backlash anyways. Plus it's almost like rvd's situation, ironically in the same year, except Booker didn't completely waste his opportunity on weed. KING BOOKAHHH
1. Exactly like rusev. Midcard at best. Though they really shouldn't have buried him like that, wtf
@@GoRun1982 I swear to God they are lmao 😂😂 they the reason why wrestling is ruined and trash now what's so Crazy thinking about remember when shinsuke Nakamura was feuding with Jinder? Lol that entire fed Jinder was carried Shinsuke Nakamura lol he bearly did no promos or anything entertained only Reason those Smarks want him as champion because 1 he from the Indy 2 they want Jobbers that from the Indy as champion matter if they don't have good character or not they don't even care about the storyline as long the match is good by they logic.
@@LarryDaGoat23 It is man. And they act like little girls when they don't get their way. They bood Cody Rhodes for not going heel and because of his wife which is dumb. They say they want something but then when it's there they complain. Obese neckbeard children.
When WWE does listen to the fans the fan's still complain so at this point WWE should not listen to the fans as WWE and vince know what's best for business
Lol no, he doesn't... he lost that touch a LOOONG time ago, my friend. WWE isn't anywhere near the giant it once was. Simply put, Vince is an idiot.
@@ir6237 vince is not an idiot he is still a wrestling genius
Just make it a series lol gonna need it to be a 1000 episode
i love your videos.
Sometimes, WWE is making a lot of these decisions because of circumstances that we, as fans, are completely unaware of. There could be so many things happening behind the scenes: e.g. wrestling injuries we are unaware of, a wrestler’s availability to fight long term, renegotiation of contracts, a wrestler’s drug use. It’s ridiculous to believe that such a huge company can simply give you what you want every time you demand it. That’s not realistic.
Finally, someone with a different opinion.
RVD was huge over than Triple H at that time
Never answered bc people still watch even when he does the minimum all people do is complain and don't stop watching so since will never have to change. I was shock to hear that we is a 4 billion company so since much know the magic formula.
That's how wwe is
This should be labeled what the minority of WWE fans want because honestly it's only a select amount of people that are actually complaining about it for the most part most of us don't complain like y'all do we actually like what we see on TV might not be the greatest every time but I do agree most of their plans are better than what I hear on CZcams
You just started watching?
Charlotte is getting boring now.. time for someone new for the women's title
There are so many more that the list could be endless but definitely 25 over the last 10 years easy if not more.
Stopped watching wrestling in 06 never knew sting came 😂
Tony Khan should get Taker for AEW and have the match we've been waiting for..and WWE will be buried
Ok no, just no. Not only would that kinda stain takers legacy if he were to unretire for aew of all places, but a match between taker and sting would've been terrible even back in 2015, let alone now. Lastly, nothing aew can do will be able to bury the fed
@@goddammitnappa1617 These marks are really really stupid
This list could be 100 times
I will never understand WWE's obsession with punishing wrestlers who can organically get popular on their own....
Well I'll give WWE credit, they keep finding more and more ways for me to absolutely despise them.
I’ve watched all the segments between Triple H and Booker T and I realize now that Triple H winning the feud and title is racial injustice. WWE booking Triple H to win the match is WWE truly thinking that a black man can’t be on top
Good video
This horrible video lol
The logic that people use to justify Cena not turning heel as a 'Smart business move', regarding merch sales is a crock. NWO were the biggest heels in wrestling back in the 90's, and they moved boatloads of merch. When I was going to school back then, on no-uniform days you would see SO many NWO shirts, Outsiders shirts, and some Hogan gear at the peak of his heel run. Heel merch can move just as well as face merch, and Make-a-Wish kids still ask to see heels too.
I can think of a dozen more spisifically the times that superstars that were usually mid cards or lower getting a title shot such as Cesaro getting a shot at the universal title or Liv Morgan getting a shot at the raw women's title I'm sure me and so many others would love to have seen them win said titles and giving them a chance in the main event spotlight
@acnologia yes but this was before when she was feuding with Beck and was challenging her fir the raw women's championship at the time
That Jeff Hardy one really makes me mad like why tf didn’t they let him mainevent WM 25
Undertaker vs Sting would've been a match to see --Twenty years ago when both guys were in their prime.
we wanted kane to win da title from triple h in 2003… they gave us a heel kane and a continuous storyline of triple h cheating to win
WWE constantly disappoints the fans. I don't understand how people can continue to watch this product especially after the burial of superstars like Finn Balor.
