I actually attended the show with JBL doing the Nazi salute. The tag match between Eddie and Taker vs. Booker and JBL was actually the main event and IIRC (it's been 16 years) it was a mess. Started out as a normal singles match feat. Eddie vs JBL, then Booker interfered, afterwards Taker attacked Booker and ultimately it was turned into a tag match. Although JBL's act is definitely offensive I feel the crowd realized that he was attempting to draw heel heat to compensate for stupid booking, rather than making a political statement.

The german league is pretty big in Katar and Saudi Arabia and everytime the woman was leading a match, they edited a black bar over the referee. Performing it is increadilby illegal, even in movies etc if the movies don't have any historical or educational relevance - it straight up gets censored.
