(frequently asked for) mods visible in the video: Neko Lost + Tainted Lost, "The Beast but it's my dad" mod, Specialist Dance, Dogma Brimstone Lasers, Damage Multiplier Stat, and "Regret Pedestals" (this is the one that shows you the blind item you didn't take). AND the time machine mod (the one that makes the beggar donations go faster). AND the unintrustive pause menu mod.
This is one of my most satisfying non tainted cain runs to date... Ok ignore everything past this point, while I'm SUPER late for this upload... I also wanna shove as many funny item names as possible in here; plus nobody will read it anyways: Early bird's eye and brimstone have such HUGE c section tech x POTENTIAL (even though it's not as good as ghost pepper), although a bit of a change of plans involving sacred heart and a missed opportunity of rerolling items with the d6 made this run a bit more dangerous than it should have been, not to mention holy light's synergy with perfection's 10+ luck which just ended up melting everything I came in contact with. With so many soy milk angel rooms and the combination of godhead and proptosis, including the ipecac (dunce cap) I was basically guaranteed to find sacred heart, crown of light, and many other OP items that made this run a free monstro's lung win featuring edmund mcmillen (who also created super meat boy)... And I'm totally not mentioning these items in the description just for keywords or anything, why would I ever do that? This paragraph is also ABSOLUTELY not copied from another one of my videos but with certain words changed to make sense in the context of this video, that would just be silly. Wow, did you really read all of that? I'm proud of you.

imagine if you somehow pickup genesis, d4, d100, whatever the reroll is, wouldn't it be good if you have an extra item??? ofc it's a minimal chance, but why would you leave the item.

@@Kira_Yoshikaga Mom’s Kiss (the red trinket in the room) gives you an extra heart container but also works with Keeper/T Keeper, giving him an extra coin heart which is a pretty big deal

There’s a trick with crooked penny: you can guarantee to get at least 1 item by standing close to it while using crooked penny: you’ll have 4 frames before item disappears

i think my first character to get all completion marks actually was cain, idk i just really like how hes a basic character while still having small buffs to make him so nice.

Just had a crazy lost run where I got a floor three planetarium with Luna, and I had blue map plus fragmented moon so I had 5 different secret rooms to go to, was an alright run until I got dead cat and dry baby+duct tape. Was able to get the hush unlock and got magic mush and tech X from those two rooms plus holy light from the member shop on hush floor. Ended up getting quad shot and soy milk at the end and melted Delerium. My one regret is that I went devil rooms so I never got to kill Mega Satan

prolly a dumb question but, why do you pause real quick right after you bomb the reroll machine in shops? just found it interesting that you do that.
Sometimes it rerolls twice after being bombed, and if you see an item you want after the first reroll you can exit then enter back into the game to prevent the second reroll and you can buy the item

Hey, do you still have the runs continue past Mother mod?
Hey Lav, do you think you could check out the tainted treasure rooms mod? What it does is in the mods name. Certain items have a tainted form that removes the old item and it gets replaced by it's tainted counter part. I'll give an example:
Tainted Crickets Head (Cricket's Cranium): gives you a 0.5 to damage and a x2 damage modifier. The catch? Your damage can no longer go higher than what you had after the stat boost.
With the mod where you can get to Satan/Isaac after Mother, is it possible to get the completion marks for everything after the Mother fight or is the mod just for fun?
You may have beaten mega satan, but did you truly win if lost buddy died?

I can’t relate my disappointment when i saw that lavencas doesn’t have the marisa cain mod
i still believe that cain has best overall stats, 2 hearts is always enough to even tank a champion, high damage and tears scale greatly and u mostly dont need speed bc of that, all positive pills mean no excuse to not find tears up and balls of steel, gambling is always worth it :)
