SHAKE AND BAKE | CNC BOARD SHAPING MACHINE EP3

Finally, the time has come to put my very first CNC shaped board to the test. Being the first surfboard produced on my shaping machine, I had to make some repairs to the blank before getting into laminating, and then taking the board out in some proper conditions for testing. This kiteboard is a shape I have been working on for the last 3 years. It's called the Shake and Bake, its only purpose is to be locked in and carve as hard as possible.

Why is the rear fin offset ?

Dude! The stringer is actually offset not the fin. I kept messing up the shaping on this board and having to restart the machine. I had to reposition the board inside the blank a bunch of times leading to the stringer to one side. I call it asymmetrical flex. Haha
