Neil is great! I have used him many times for his inspections.
He is definitely one of the industry's best! Thanks for watching Chris.
Great to see you're covering this topic again! The awareness has to be kept alive as it will remain relevant for generations to come. Greetings from The Netherlands!
Thanks so much for watching. You are so right, lots of older homes still around the world.
As you know everything I'm buying out here is pre-1978 so I've signed lots of lead based paint disclosures!
Absolutely! Thanks for checking in, hope you're finding those super deals.
In June 2019, I broke my bedroom wall with a foot because of my craziness, rage, and stupidity, and there were at least a little few paint droppings. In November 2022, I added and extended damage by palming it due to my craziness, rage, and stupidity again, and some possibly lead paint peelings and chips had and have been everywhere since. Am I still fine? How do I get help?
Just wipe with moist paper towels and throw away and wash your hands
