- The @ultimatedirection Race Vest 6.0 is a purposely built and well thought-out hydration vest that works great for trail running and races. I love the choice of stretchy and soft fabrics, along with the 6.3L volume, water resistant phone pocket, dual front storage pockets, double rear storage pouches, and bungee system options! For a vest that only weighs 193 grams and costs $130, this is a great option for new or experienced runners. Thanks for watching the review video!

A little late to this, but I have the same vest and want to drop a quick note regarding the bouncing. Recently, I was about 15 miles into a trail run and the bottles were getting a little low. I was sweaty and felt like the vest was bouncing around quite a bit. I was becoming a little irritated, so grabbled the two fit system cords on the back and pulled them down and away from each other with just a little more gusto than I did earlier in the day. I was amazed at the difference this made! Really minimized the bounce of the vest and felt much better through the end of the run. Thought I'd drop a note for those considering a purchase. I'd also recommend it, thanks much for the vid!

Super review once again Chad! Not sure if you have seen how I use the little straps on my vest in my videos but using them in the way I do it nearly completely removes the bottle bounce and it stops the bottles falling in the pockets at all. Great vid! 😎🤘

These are my local trails within 10 minutes of my house. The trails are Coyote Ridge, Blue Sky, and Indian Summer which are located in the foothills near Loveland and Fort Collins, Colorado. It's a beautiful area!

The day before someone had asked me if I had seen many snakes out there and I told them "no, I usually don't see them because I run in the morning before it warms up"... And then of course I see two of them the next day on this run! 😆
