  • In this drill we're going to challenge your balance on one leg to improve your edge control, strength and stability. The drill is divided in two parts. First we're working just a straight line slalom course. Then we're moving the cones out to the sides, leveling up the difficulty significantly. This is a great drill to get a good work out even in really small spaces.

    Hey! Great video with a challenging exercise. Could one do this with the R1 chassis too? Or is the R1 more like the dynamic pitch of the I2 holder on ice?

      For sure you can! The O1 is more focused on training tho so it will definitely give you a harder workout with the way the rocker works, but because of the intensity of the exercise it will for sure give you a bang on the R1 also 🙂

    I've tried 2 smaller front wheels but maybe it's too much I didn't feel really comfortable (my level is rather intermediate)

    • @Marsbladeofficial
      @Marsbladeofficial  Před 4 měsíci

      Do you mean that you have two smaller wheels on each skate or one on each? because the O1 is not built to have a 2-2 setup with the two in front smaller, on rollerhockey skates the chassis is built to compensate for that so all of the wheels are on the ground at the same time while the O1s are not.

      @@Marsbladeofficial I used 76 76 front wheels 80 80 back on each skate it felt a bit strange :)

      @@kantstenchonthemel5641 yeah, they aren’t built for that 🙂 but you should definitely try changing just the front wheel to a 76!

      @@kantstenchonthemel5641 Hey, jumping in here... Our Large chassis use the 72mm for front wheel for the Advanced setup and 76mm in the back three wheels. The 80mm wheels are too big for any of our chassis so should not be able to even mount... //Per
