@@carolforde-johnston Thank you Carol. I have been shortlisted and i am waiting for my date for an interview. I have sent my ward manager the levy for to complete and sent all my certificates in! can i ask a question? I know the 7 Standards of proficiency for an RGN and the 6 for RNA but is there anything similar for a HCA? so when asked the difference between a TNA and HCA i can compare as this is where i am having issues at the moment.

I would be interested if the situation in Wales is the same as England or is it different as in Scotland ?

    • @carolforde-johnston

Hi Fiona my understanding is that Nursing Associate roles are still only in England, so Wales is similar to Scotland, although things change all the time so it may change in the future.
