This video would be great if they would add a few more credits at the intro
Jus a couple
Damnit that's the best comment I've seen in a long time!!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😅😅😅
Another minute thirty wouldn’t hurt
lol
Lmaoooo 😂😂😂
Silver Dragon - worlds most toxic wave
Yes you couldnt pay me to even take a dip in that water, fkn disgusting.😩
if you wiped out, you'd get serious sludge rash, but you could walk to the bank
Mercury water
Yes, sad, slave labor, heavy metals pollution. Communists mock life and the human soul.
quicksilver dragon
Toilet water Dragon more like. I got a staph infection just watching this.
Definitley not silver lol
😂😂😂
They get the waves built up by having everyone in town flush their toilets at the same time.
@@ytubepuppy 😂😂😂
@@ytubepuppy most likely scenario.... :-)
I've had more dangerous splashback in my toilet.

Me, too. Dangerous, Colombian splashback.
😂😂😂😂😂💩💩
heavy metal poisoning sucks. like it does not go away very fast.
You said it brother!!! The title for this video is click bait for sure. I can think of dozens of waves that put this puny wave to shame.
This is FAR from being the world's most dangerous wave. Just another inaccurate caption polluting CZcams.
It's not the wave. It's the 'water'. Looks like sewage.
exactlyy
I think they mean in terms of a wipeout could lead to death by disease. XD
@@GuySmiley haha maybe
It is because its in China. Nuff said.
I dont know about Dangerous, but Dirtiest yeah!
Duh... “dangerous”
Maybe it's the pollution that makes it dangerous.
🤗That's what makes it dangerous 🤪
Nasty water. Fun overhead though lol
@@mikegatti8310 eh, you just contradicted yourself 👏
-how long do you want the intro?
-yes
calling in the silver dragon is kind of a stretch.. it should be called the sewedge dragon..
The Gray Dragon
thanks for making me laugh!
The Brown Dragon
Perhaps dangerous in terms of toxicity, but not so in physical threat. Perhaps a better title - "Silver Dragon - filth wave"... Great to see us Aussies get up.
The gifted water athletes will all have diarrhea the next day because the water is so dirty.
Teahupo'o: Am I a joke to you?
Or Nazare??? But gotta say ,it’s a big tidal bore. No surfer here, but love waves. Cant believe what some people can do.
Hows about shipsterns bluff?
@@BeardStax facts
pipe has the most deaths
Everyone just saying it’s most polluted wave and being a surfer myself I believe most muscle strains in the world wave
That early music would make my walk to check the mail seem dangerous.
Very 😁
Still laughing after reading this. Haha
LMAO 😂
🤣!
Absolutely!🤣🤣🤣
It’s dangerous due to the water 💩💩💩💩
I wouldn't say the wave itself itself is the most dangerous in the world by a long way. The pollution might be though. A beautiful wave by any reckoning and some superb surfing. I'd love to see Kelly riding this, as long as he'd had an armful of inoculations to stay alive..!
I would never drink that water, let alone jump into it. I wonder if all the surfers are ok yet?
@Tim Cooper Hi Tim, there's a lot of real concern around Big Pharma and the Covid vaccines. Not just conspiracy theories.
Isn’t the one in the Amazon the most dangerous?
@@angelicpapillon I have no idea! Try them both and let us know :-) 😀
all of them will grow a third arm in one year. Great surfing though!
This is almost like that episode of Futurama when they go sewer surfing 😂
That statue is sick !
Can only imagine how polluted that water is and not because its brown water....look where you are surfing . Geez,,,,,
i'm guessing you never been to many variety of water, with how fast the water is moving my guess is muddy settlements
@@bluedrakken that right there is hepatitis water
It must be the water that makes it dangerous. I can't imagine swimming in the Hudson let alone one going through a bigger than La Chinese city
Looks like a fun and unique contest. Obviously not the world's most ass-whooping wave, but could be the most dangerous relative to water quality or the risk of going to Chinese prison.
Wish they showed more of how they actually get on the wave it’s actually pretty cool
ummm Did you see all the jetskis? lol
@16:00
Most dangerous wave!? Nah Nah Nah They meant most polluted wave
cool, 3 second clips of cutbacks.
Sewer surfing new level of extreme.
not nearly enough hype and filler.
A bit short intro too
I really wish they'd shown the wave just one more time
Methinks the bore tide at Turnagain Arm in Anchorage Alaska is where it's at. Not only is the water clean, but the scenery is unbeatable.
that's a longboard/paddleboard wave. This wave is far better, if only the water was clean
A true surfer knows you're never homeless sometimes just out of your element. Born in 1952 today I'm 69. That's like being born in 1900 and waking up in 1969. Thank you God for all the goodness you've let me experience. Surfing is at the top of the list of the 10 best things in my life I'VE been blessed to experience. Lol to all it's inner peace that just grows on you in your mind
hush

How long do you want the intro credits to last for?
Yes!
silver dragon. due to the mercury deposits I'm sure.
There's no way this is the world's most dangerous wave.
Ur right check out Nazaré in Portugal
@@Mrmateo382 Nazare? It's not dangerous. I watch Nazare all the time on my phone. Haven't come close to drowning. 😁
It’s the toxic water that’s dangerous.
If you swallow it a slow and painful death I'm sure...
Yep another totally crap title for a YT video.
Bill & Ted's ultimate marathon wave
dude!
only dreamed of this as a kid
how epic!
Very cool , no wind waves are for me , but I wouldn’t want to swallow that water , that’s the “dangerous “ part
The Severn Bore wave in England runs up river for 22 miles. That's a world record.
Yeah but it’s like 1ft most of the tine
Didn't know crap surfing was a thing, and you get a trophy.
Deborah Pell, I didn't know crap surfing was a thing, either. Usually surfers are talking about natural and clean waters, not skyscrapers and "Did I get vaccinated for Meningitis, tetanus, yellow fever?", etc.
@@justinajones3000 lol
It was super fun watching the 35 minute intro for a short CZcams video
My heart belongs to Hawaii but I'm super stoked for Koby and Dean 🤙🇦🇺
I’m 8 minutes into the video and I haven’t yet seen how it’s the “most dangerous wave in the world “. Seems at most a 12 foot swell.
Im 8 minutes in and the credits are still rolling....
2:27 is as far as i got. then went to comments to see if my thoughts were right lol
If I need that urge to go I just run up this video and next minute I'm making a river of my own 💩
Holy crap, that is one nasty looking wave. That has to be scary as hell, an inbound massive river tidal wave. Water looks dirty and nasty.
WHAT AMAZING CINAMATOGRAPHY. TRUELY WORLD CLASS!!!!
All are superb athletes, tip of the hat to all.
Besides skiing every continent, I'd love to surf every major tidal bore. And intentionally flipping a car sounds like fun also.
It’s great to see Chris Pontius towing out the surfers 🏄♂️
Red Bull has not got enough money to make me go into that “water”
Definitely the longest intro
So dangerous that you need a whole crew of jet skiers and boats following you to make sure you don't scrap your knee on your board!!
WOW so cool, never heard of this before. Very cool!
I think the breakthrough commercials are a welcome relief. More worried about my cholesterol levels now!
I wouldn't go near that water.
I can see that they never heard about the pororoca In Amazon river, we have been river waves like that for decades in Brasil!
And the water is clean
Toshs previous skateboarding career really showed with that back 180
Thanks man
With that intro you'd expected a cinema quality video...! Only to get a "dud"...!
Looks like a good wave for a longboard. Would have been nice to see some old school longboard cruisin, instead of shortboarders doing the same thing over and over.
lol. complains about doing the same thing over and over, proposes longboarding instead 😂 At least they'd be doing less of anything over and over
Imagine getting a mouth full of that water while you surf
Wave dragon lol
Totally gnarly dude!
What an intro🙌
Hopefully someone can enlighten me. I’m a skateboarder and I’ve made myself comfortable on 10ft quarter pipes, but what is that like compared to a 10 ft wave? I’ve surfed on vacation on baby waves and have been on the water since I was a baby. I always hear about how scary the waves are but I can’t imagine it’s as scary as falling to flat concrete. Someone explain please!
Idk about 10 ft waves but I hear 20-30ft waves crashing on you would be crazy.
I grew up skating and surfing and although a 10ft quarterpipe is fucking tall, it doesn’t move and nothing around it moves. A 10ft wave on the other hand is moving very fast and the water is very dark deep loud and heavy, you’re about a half mile from land surrounded by dark water with 10ft waves all around you. When you fall on a wave that size the power pushes you very far under water whipping you around like a rag doll, and when you finally swim back to the surface there’s another 10ft wave crashing right on your head and you do it all over again. So with a tall quarterpipe the only scary thing is the height, and to even find a 10ft wave feels almost like chucking yourself into the eye of a hurricane and feels more like a primal fear, so with all those factors when you finally get a good wave or a real barrel it is truly one of the gnarliest things in life
It depends, I surf and skate, for me personally skating is much scarier, though I’m a wayyy better surfer than skater, but surfing is way way harder to do
@@horselizard perfectly said
I’m more scared of concrete or plywood 2o-1 over water.
I don’t know how skateboarders do it.
I’d rather wipe on a 10 footer -even 20- over falling 1 foot off a skateboard.
Dangerous .. Nazare Beggs to differ !
I'm pretty sure the diseases in that river beg to differ
I love the title Athlete Wrangler 😆
The first ten seconds was nerve wrecking
Who ever came up with title
Has been "chasing the dragon"
More like it 😉😅
Chasing the dragon, now that's what I call a dangerous wave!
I can't help but wonder how polluted that water is.
The diarrhea and pink eye the following day would make for another truly epic video.
Is the wave/bore a daily occurance at tide change?
Looks clean
The world's most misleading video title.
Typical hype for the world's most hyped beverage.
Am I the only one that was thinking it’d be fun to see the jet ski jump the wave heading straight into the wave and try to land on the 2nd wave.
wow, a full 90 seconds of intro. Kudos
Teahupo'o and Nazaré: "Hold our beers..."
This spawned a ton of new moves , the COVID Cutback , the sewer pipe barrel ride , the staph slash , the loopus layback , you can even get roundhouse rickets, and the best trick - thee shithouse floater flip
Lmaoo 😂😂😂😂😂
Definitely not the worlds most dangerous wave.
In terms of health maybe
I think there is enough cancer in the water that surfers will become a piece of plastic. which is dangerous. i guess
Looks like fun scungy wave! Back end music sounds like someone stepped on a Fisher Price Speak-and-Spell!
the pics at the end credits says it all. oh dear. and what-ever-red-bull.
I've seen bigger waves in my bath. That's like surfing a sewage works where the crap keeps flowing.
It’s a cool phenomena but it is sad that it has to be in one of the least environmentally friendly countries on earth
Worlds most carcinogenic wave is probably a better description
Lmao clickbait title undercuts impact of incredibly dope wave, expectations are key!
You have to wonder how clean that water is.
Mmmmm, I hear there's nothing like surfing in raw sewage! I need to go take a shower after watching this.
Other than a poor title, this is an excellent vid, well shot, well produced and I'm glad I watched it through. Cheers and thanks from Sydney, Oz - Dave
I don't know about the most dangerous wave but it's definitely the longest paddle back to the line-up..
The energy is deep compared to wind wave that is at the surface , it doesn't just end in 1 sec. Most dangerous?
It’s a fascinating place but it’s pretty far from the most dangerous wave in the world. Look to Nazare for the most dangerous wave in the world.
Nazare is soft. Way more dangerous waves.
You’re very boldly incorrect on Nazare but great job watching 60 minutes!
@@ricketycricket412 obviously I’m talking relatively. Any 50-100ft wave is going to fuck you up, but compared to other waves that don’t have the ‘popularity’ and the public spectacle that Nazare has don’t get mentioned. Nazare is the flavour of the moment where all the money is at the moment so naturally ppl tend to think it’s the biggest baddest wave on the planet. It just looks cool and attracts huge crowds and TV audiences.
@@antpoo Maybe Nazaré doesn't look as holow as others, this happens when it's really big... But when it's breaking perfect 8 to 10 feet waves, man, i can assure that it's very hollow, powerful, and rivalises with any other holow wave in the World. Anyway, when it´s big it reaches a totally diferente realm.
@@antpoo i hear what you say. But the people surfing there are looking to surf the biggest waves. So not sure money thet get pump into that area has anything to do with it. If there were places with much bigger swells then redbull will anyway find itself there as well.
apart from the pollution, how is the worlds most dangerous? number of deaths?
might be dangerous for fishing boats, sailboats and ferries?
maybe people on the shore could also get surprised and dragged out into the water
It’s definitely not the most dangerous by any means
@@mango_46
right, they must be just measuring the number of people getting in trouble.
There's a lot of people in China and so the number of people getting in trouble is high.
Compared to really dangerous waves, it's not even close.
In the roaring 60's, there are huge waves, very strong winds, sustained storms and extreme distances from help.
Cortez bank has huge waves over a submerged reef, often converging in multiple directions.
How do you measure the most dangerous?
Only measuring in terms of the number of people gives a false impression.
@@AWildBard nah it’s not that deep I think it’s just clickbait
So Tosh gave up skating to surf full time now that's crazy I wondered what happened to him
God dang it, it one of those videos.
Since the Chinese came in 5th, they protested & stopped all surfboard production, which dried up the worldwide supply of surfboards.
Meanwhile the team China surfers were sent to re-education camp 😂
Taking qualifying scores from different days is the worst format in surfing
How else can they possibly do it then ? There’s only two high tides a day ?
Im 100% positive that this is not the worlds most dangerous wave. At all.
I’ve got a fever! And the only prescription...is more credits!
I'm sure you catch a lot of "corn eyed brown trout" there. Hope you all had your shots. Yuk!
I've seen more dangerous in the toilet
@@wdcurry111 😂😂😂
@@wdcurry111 💀💀💀
Have they seen Nazaré? There are plenty of local spots in Cornwall I wouldnt surf because they're sketchy, this is like Slaters wavepool but sometimes a bit overhead?
Very brilliant thing to do. Honey gonna go ride the longest wave, I may not be back for dinner, EVER
It’s unique, it’s like I don’t know how to explain man it’s unique, it’s unique!!!! Did I mention it was unique?!? I mean brown and disease infested???? Yeh man it’s unique
I guess it's the pollution that makes it dangerous?
Mesmerizing...
Yoooo HUNTINGTON BEACH reppin!
Surfing da sewer
Lot of fluff and taking B/S, how about just showing the surfing.
Music brought to you by early 90's "Shark Week" documentary
this has to be a joke nazare and jaws are 100000000000000 times more dangerous than this little friendly wave
