Afanasievo = Proto Tocharians. Likely genetically very similar to Proto Hitties and Proto Armenians, typically R1b carrying people and probably the earliest off shoot of the original Yamnaya - Afanasievo Autosomal map confirmed to be almost identical to Yamnayans - and like Hiittes and Armenians , the earliest Proto Indo European sub groups to separate from the main bunch. This Q1b specimen might have had a bit more Ancestral North Eurasian(ANE) admixture component than most other R1b carrying Afanasievans. 4:36 -note on the two population model mix, Caucasus/West Asian providing the Euro proxy and native South American Native tribes like Suruí and Karitiana as the Siberian component (both modern tribes are strong in ANE component).
