Great video! This Linea PB has some great upgrades and I'm excited to pull some shots on this one. I use a Linea now and I'm doing all of the brew ratios manually. It's hard to keep your recipes consistent in a high volume setting, so this machine is definitely going to help Baristas tremendously.

Does the scale work well weighing bottomless portafilters?

why not ? maybe its little bit harder, but you can add something that helps portafilter lean fully on scale

That is the OCD distributor you can find it on most coffee supply websites
Looks similar to a push tamp. Not a distributor. As the other comment says, distributors are available, the OCD seems to be the best
